The house has air conditioning and heating, plus a gas fireplace, ensuring comfort in all four seasons. Ideally configured for two families with two upstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) and two downstairs bedrooms (1 queen + 2 twins) plus full bath and TV room for each floor. For guests needing to remote-work during their stay, there is an office with a motorized sit/stand desk, Aeron office chair, dual monitors and high-speed wifi.

The fully stocked kitchen has been updated with new appliances, including an induction range, microwave and dishwasher. The back deck features a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Laundry facilities, including a washer and dryer, add to the convenience of your stay. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a ping pong table, games and puzzles.

The community has private beach access to Seymour Pond (3 minute walk from the house), which offers freshwater swimming and non-powered boating. Guests have access to a canoe and two paddleboards.

Enjoy biking on the Cape Cod Rail Trail (5-minute bike ride from the house) or mountain biking and hiking at Nickerson State Park (10-minute drive). Visit local beaches in Brewster such as Paine’s Creek Beach or the Brewster Flats beaches (both 10 minutes drive), or you can visit many iconic bay or ocean side beaches such as Nauset, Monomoy, Mayflower, and Coast Guard Beach in about 20 minutes.

The property facilitates EV-friendly transportation with an on-site Level-2 Electric Vehicle charger.
