BEDROOMS
This charming cape cottage accommodates 11 guests in 4 bedrooms across 2 floors of living. On the first floor is a full bathroom and two beds - one of which is equipped with a queen bed, and the other two twins. Upstairs is the second full bath flanked by two spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms holds a queen + full bed, and the other a queen with an additional twin bed. Making this set up perfect for a large family or groups. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with wall/windows AC units.

BATHROOMS
There are two full bathrooms in the home, one located on each floor of living. The first floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the second floor a walk-in shower. The home comes fully stocked with bath towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, iron, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and more. In the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor shower, a quintessential Cape Cod amenity!

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to put together a family meal, including pots, pans, plates & silverware. The kitchen is open to the dining area which seats 8+ guests. Additional seating located on the spacious new deck located just off the dining area. The dining area flows to the large living room, with plenty of comfy seating and an electric fireplace for added coziness. The living room has a 50'' Smart TV to stream your favorite movies & TV shows. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a quiet afternoon book in the charming 3 season sunroom, which leads out to the backyard. Downstairs in the clean, large basement you'll find a lounge area for the kids, with a ping pong table and seating. Last but not least, guests will have access to the washer and dryer, located in the basement with detergent and hanging racks provided.


OUTSIDE SPACE
The exterior area of this home boasts multiple options for outdoor dining and lounging. The brand new deck holds a large outdoor dining table and the gas grill. Around back you will find the fire pit area overlooking the large backyard and unique screened in tea room perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at night or a quiet morning coffee.

ASSOCIATION AMENITIES
Beechwood Association has access to both Greenland Pond and Long Pond. Greenland Pond is just a short stroll from the house. We also provide parking passes to park exclusively at either of the ponds.
