Our home is on the Brewster/Dennis line most beaches that you will be going to are in Dennis. The house is set back from road, it is a completely remodeled ranch style home. The driveway is large enough to accommodate a boat and trailer with easy access for your boat. Sesuit Harbor is only 10 minutes away, which is on the bay side of the Cape. Bring your bikes/kayaks plenty of room in two car garage for storing. The house has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen is an open floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room. There are stackable washer and dryer. Our deck has an outside shower, awning, table and seating for 6.

Beaches nearby: Sea Street beach, Howes beach, Corporation beach with snack bar & bathrooms, Bayview beach, Mayflower beach all within 10 to 15 minutes. If you like ponds there is Scargo Lake and Princess Beach.

Restaurants: Secuit Cafe, Marshside Restaurant, Grumpys, Lost Dog, Scargo Cafe.
Entertainment: Museum of Natural History, Cape Play House, Museum of Art, Cape Cinema

Local Deli / Markets: Dennis Public Market (DPM ), Peterson’s Market both good for beach sandwiches and great meat department

    Perfection!

    A fantastic house to rent as a home away from home on the Cape. The house was very clean, it had everything you could think of for amenities and necessities for the stay and the location was ideal. Just minutes away from all our favorite beaches, lots of places to eat and multiple choices for ice cream too! The beds were very comfortable too...which is always essential when on vacation.     Our stay at this vacation rental in Cape Cod was absolutely perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. The location was ideal, just a short 10-minute drive to the beach where we spent our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views.

    The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and the outdoor patio was the perfect spot for dining al fresco.

    Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway near the beach. We can't wait to come back again!     show more show less

    What is special about this property?
    Our house is conveniently located to Bay and Ocean Beaches including the National Seashore, Coast Guard, and Nauset Light Beach. Just down the road is the Audubon Society which has several walking trails for bird watching and enjoying nature. There is 22 miles of Cape Cod Rail Trails for biking, many fresh water ponds. There is the Wellfleet Flea Market by day and the local drive-in movies at night .You can take a trip down to Provincetown for the day . There are restaurants, take out places ,fish markets, banking, and near by Harbors for your boat. After fishing, biking, kayaking, hiking, or the day at the beach, come home and take a nice outside shower and relax on our peaceful back yard deck to plan your next adventure of beautiful Cape Cod .
