The property is .3 mi to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, just 2 mi to Cape Cod Bay beaches, and includes access rights to Blueberry Pond for great kayaking or canoeing. Amenities include a gas grill, premium cable package, washer/dryer and an enclosed outdoor shower. **Property is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along! (One dog only with an added $325 weekly fee) Yard is partially fenced. Recent updates include: a new microwave, new primary bedroom mattress, new rugs in dining and family room, upgraded outdoor furniture, and a Keurig coffee machine!

3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Pets considered with an added pet fee. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
