I love Linger Longer. I cherish the stays my family has enjoyed over the years at Linger Longer. The latest visit was in July of 2025. Leeward Cottage was a delightful accomodation. It was thoughtfully furnished and supplied. I count my lucky stars that my family was able to spend two weeks in a place we have come to love. I hope to continue this tradition as long as possible. Bruce Riley and his wife Kay are the best property managers: welcoming thoughtfulness, attention to detail, readily available for requests or supplies. Memories of beach exploration when the tide is out (lots of crabs!) , treasure map instructions for finding pirate's loot, daily visits to Cobies, reading on the deck, meeting and greeting new/old friends (especially former Cape Cod Sea Camp peeps) while sitting on the beach, building sand castles, flying kites, chasing bunnies, taking family pictures (especially at sunset). I want to linger a little longer. I will be back. show more show less

We have been going to this spot for close to 30 years with family & friends. Bruce is super accommodating. The house is perfect. Looking forward to many more summers!!

Leeward in Brewster is as good as it gets if your are looking for a classic cottage directly on
Cape Cod Bay. The cottage is excellently maintained because of Bruce who is on top of everything going on at Linger Longer. If there is anything wrong Bruce will fix it-making your stay a no problem vacation with only great memories when you leave. The beach is the best because of the Brewster Tidal Flats- they are as good as anything you read about- I have been going here for a quarter of a century. show more show less
