Welcome to your idyllic summer retreat on Cape Cod! This classic Cape Cod-style house offers a perfect blend of charm and privacy, nestled among majestic pine trees. Enjoy the serenity of your surroundings while being a short walk to the public beach, General Store, several restaurants, the CC Bike Trail, Snowy Owl Coffee or the Brewster Book Store. Public Pickle Ball and Tennis Courts (1.5 miles).

The first floor has an open layout: It includes an oversized kitchen, living room with fireplace, sun room with space for a crib, playpen, or blow-up mattress. Also on the first floor is a bedroom (queen size bed) with a small hall and bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs includes a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bedroom with a king size bed which has ample space for a crib, playpen or blow up air mattress.

A front deck has a table with umbrella and seating for 6. The back deck has a table with umbrella, seating for 5, and a Weber Grill. An enclosed outdoor shower is off of the back deck.

The property is set back off of a quiet un-paved road, it has an unusual amount of privacy and natural beauty.

This location truly offers the best of both worlds—peaceful privacy and easy access to the bay and vibrant Brewster/Cape Cod attractions.

    We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless on arrival and very clean in general. It's spacious, full of classic Cape charm, and clearly well cared for—an older home with thoughtful updates that make it comfortable and inviting. The A/C was a big plus, and we loved that fresh linens, towels, and beach chairs were provided—one less thing to pack! The washer/dryer was very handy, and the large outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after the beach. The outdoor shower was a great for rinsing off after the beach. The location is excellent—a short walk to both the beach and town, with other nice walking routes nearby. There was essentially no passing traffic given the location. The owner was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, a great place for a relaxing Cape getaway! show more show less

    I absolutely love the charm and comfort of this rental. Great care was taken in the design and detail. This property has so much personality that I wouldn't even need to walk to the beach to feel like I was on vacation in a fantasy world. I will definitely come back again, so delightful, soothing, and everything that you need. I LOVE this home!!!!!

    As long-time visitors to the Cape, we adore this home. Both secluded & private but walkable to beautiful bay beaches. Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for walkers, runners & cyclists. Walk or bike to The Brewster General Store/The Brewster Scoop for baked-goods, penny candy, ice cream, souvenirs etc.

    The home itself is well appointed and full of Cape Cod charm. Large modern kitchen & great deck for outdoor dining. The house sits on a quiet dirt road with a great yard - perfect for lawn games etc.

    Fantastic stay in Brewster - 10/10 will return

    Stayed in this charming home with my young family for a beachy Cape vacation. We could not have picked a better spot. The home itself is super charming, very well kept up and overall just very inviting. Proximity to the beach (walkable distance to several) was awesome with the kids. Access to the bike path was also a big plus. We took a couple day trips to Wellfleet and Chatham which which were both not too far away at all. We'll be returning next year that's for sure!
