Our family of three stayed at this rental in Brewster, MA, this year for a week and we were very happy with the home! It was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a very wonderful backyard. And it had air conditioning! We were allowed to bring our two small dogs, which was so terrific and saved us a lot of money. The house is set back from the road to make it a very private setting. Towels and sheets were high quality which you don't always get with a rental home! The proximity to the bay was great. As a testament to the responsiveness of the owners, when we discovered the outside umbrella was not operating they came within the half hour and replaced it. I had a very easy time communicating with the owners and they did a fabulous job giving us information about the area and recommendations on what to visit and see, and which restaurants they like to frequent. We were fortunate to spend 2 months in this lovely home during the winter months. It was by far the most comfortable rental property we have experienced. The hosts obviously take great pride in this home - it is spotlessly clean, very well maintained, furnished comfortably and well stocked with everything you need. We cook in a lot and the kitchen, though small, is very well appointed. The yard is peaceful and private and the deck and screened porch would be fantastic in warmer months. The location is ideal, close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and Nickerson Park! We hope to have the chance to return!! show more show less

This is a lovely, comfortable home and nothing was overlooked. Owners are very responsive to every need and home is well equipped for a most enjoyable stay. This was our first time in this home and it will not be our last! We had a great vacation.

Our family had one of our best vacations yet at this picturesque property. Surrounded by wildlife and natural private beauty, yet close to all the cape treasures, this home has it all. Well maintained and tastefully cared for, this home felt like our home with all the comforts you need. We enjoyed many beaches, hiking trails, and plenty of shopping and exploring in the best location. Hosts were kind, thoughtful and responsive. This home was the perfect home for our family Cape vacation. This home is charming, spacious, comfortable, private, beautiful, and the signature cape shingle architecture we adore. The landscape is beautiful: hydrangea, green lawns, Japanese maples. The deck and lawn oversized. The outdoor shower private. Indoors the floors are wide plank gorgeous. The kitchen stocked generously with same-quality appliances, flatware, granite, cabinetry that we'd choose on our primary home. The deep windowsills are especially unique, and we appreciated their architectural beauty everyday. We're tough customers, and would 100% stay again. Kathy was a responsive host, generous with offers to help. The AC units in bedrooms worked diligently, but struggled to keep living areas cool in last July. Next week was cooler and no issues. Had a wonderful week in this lovely home surrounded by nature. The owners were friendly and responsive. It was clear they'd thought of everything we might need to make our stay memorable. Had great spaces for our family to share meals and activities. Also a big plus were private spaces, like the beautiful back deck facing a lovely garden. It was perfect for some quiet time with a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Great central location and our dog felt right at home too. Thrift stores, ice cream and the Brewster General Store are very close by as well as many places to get a bite to eat. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon! show more show less

Great location, peaceful and quiet. We loved that we were just a short drive to the beach and the rail trail. Nice home with plenty of local recommendations from the host, the Snowy Owl was a favorite. Our time here was relaxing and our host had thought of everything to make our time here enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.
