Enjoy everything the Cape has to offer with this stunning home. This home comfortably can fit larger groups, and has lots of outdoor space directly overlooking beautiful Sheep Pond. You"ll be able to enjoy the pond for fishing, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddleboarding. It is also quite close to numerous ocean beaches.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level, a kitchen, dining area, living room with large sectional, and one full bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor feature one with a king and water views, one with a queen and twin bunkbeds, and another with a queen. The main level also features a large deck with sitting area and propane grill, and some of the best views on the Cape.

On the lower level, there is a brand new kitchen, a large living room area, another full bathroom and two bedrooms each with a king bed. Outside of this level, there is a very large patio with incredible views of the pond.

The property has a very large patio area with fire pit, and has a set of stairs down to a private area on the pond. From there, there's room to sit, play on the beach, fish, and use the kayaks and a SUP. Please note that due to the position of the property perched well above the pond, it is a large number of stairs down to the private beach.<br /> <br /> Additionally, you will have use of the two Sheep's Pond Association Beaches, which are both walkable, or can be parked at by 1 car.
