Family Retreat w/ Direct Nickerson State Park Access

Meredith is a wonderful host. She has a list of information available, plenty of common space inside and out, and has made a number of convenience upgrades (Dishwasher, Washing Machine, ...) recently. She is timely with responses should you have any questions before or during your stay. Having direct access to the state park was beautiful. It felt like you were in Vermont and down the Cape at the same time. Northern and Southern Shore beaches are both easily accessible with the Northern being about 5 mins vs 10 mins. Our extended family of 6 were very comfortable and had a great time.

We just got back from Meredith's house in Brewster. The house was great. The mid cape location meant everything on the Cape was within an hours drive. The house was nice and roomy. Communication was very good. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Meridith's cabin is close to everything. Quiet and secluded. Plenty of room. There was plenty of information about where to go and what to do. Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the location of Meredith's house - so close to Nickerson State Park and beaches on both the ocean and bay sides. We used the fire pit almost every night and the hammock was awesome. The house was thoughtfully appointed and having things like beach chairs available was really nice.

Meredith's place is a gem! Nickerson state park is literally your back yard with a walk to two ponds, and there's a hammock by the large outdoor deck and grilling spot that offers cool breezes and nature retreat. It's 8 minutes from the Brewster Flats beaches, which are great for sandbars and crabbing with kids. Less crowded too. And within 25-30 min drive you are right at the heart of the Oceanside beaches. Brewster is nice for less crowding and friendly neighbors. Meredith's house is open concept, excellent for families and entertaining, very clean, and has all the amenities. We would surely love to come back! show more show less

My family loved our stay at Meredith's house. We had five adults and two kids and the house fit us perfectly and had everything we needed. Everything was exactly as described, and very easy and comfortable. We felt very at home right away and enjoyed cooking at the house, using the fire pit, and the location is close to both the National Seashore and the bay beaches in Brewster. My family and I would absolutely stay here again and Meredith was super easy to communicate with. Thanks, Meredith!

Really lovely place and incredible access to the state park. Starting the day taking a stroll right from the backyard into the forest is unbeatable. The street is quiet, and Meredith was very welcoming and helpful.
