There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and 6 twin beds. The master bedroom in the main house has a king bed and is located in the upper level of the main house. It has a full bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV, waterviews, balcony. The 2nd bedroom in the main house has a queen bed. It is located on the main level, has an attached bathroom, tv, ceiling fan, blackout shades and waterview. The 3rd bedroom is in the main house and has 4 twin beds. It has an attached bathroom, ceiling fan, blackout shades, waterview, infinity tub. Don't forget to enjoy the infinity tub after a fun day of adventuring. Every bedroom in the main house has a bathroom and a water view. <br /> <br /> There is a workout room in the lower level of the main house. The gym has a stationary bike, punching bag, speed bag and weight rack.<br /> <br /> The game room is in the lower level of the main house. The game room offers hours of fun with all kinds of games.     ?We had a very nice stay at this lakefront home! The views of the lake right from the property are breathtaking and peaceful. There was enough space for our extended family of 10. The game room kept younger ones entertained with a pool table, table tennis (TT), and classic arcade games. Recommend this spot for anyone looking for the perfect mix of relaxation and fun!

    This property is the legacy of our father Rick, who was a local emergency room physician for 30 years at Cape Cod Hospital.

    When he first acquired the lot in 2003, it had little more than a condemned house and a quiet vision for what the space could become.
    In 2004, after demolishing the old structure, the barn was built in post and beam style, by the cape local John T. Miller.

    From there, the main house was built slowly and deliberately, with every detail carefully considered until its completion in 2011. It was designed by Rick to be both a personal expression and a gathering place for family and friends. His artistic touches can be found in small details throughout the property.

    We acquired the home in 2021 after his passing.
    Today the home continues as a living tribute to his hard work and his dream of creating a sanctuary.
    We are honored to share this space with you. We hope that our home and the natural beauty of Upper Mill Pond brings you relaxation and happy memories.
