THE HOME
The single-level renovated home blends modern design with warm coastal character. Hardwood floors run throughout the open-concept living and dining areas, where a wood-burning fireplace anchors the sitting room and a 65" smart TV anchors the main living space. Central A/C keeps everyone comfortable all summer, and fast WiFi means remote workers and teenagers are both covered.<br /> <br /> The fully stocked kitchen is bright and airy — breakfast bar seating, stainless appliances, Instant Pot, waffle maker, griddle, chef knives, and three coffee options (Nespresso, drip, and French press).
