This home has it all. Wonderful amenities, fully equipped kitchen large enough for everyone to gather. Morning coffee on the huge deck overlooking the back lawn is ideal. There is also a separate area on the deck for outdoor dining as well. My family has been coming to Chatham for over 40 years and this is by far one of the best homes we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to town and Oyster Pond.. It's a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Can't say enough about this lovely home, Paul McGrath is great at managing the home. He is very prompt in returning emails, phone calls, etc.

Our recent stay at this property was extremely nice and relaxing. The beautiful and spacious five bedroom home was close to town and conveniently located for Chatham's attractions. The size and location of this beautiful house made for a perfect vacation. Not all five bedroom homes have large common areas, ie dining, kitchen, living room, deck, . This house does! And the bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious as well. One day we had visitors who stayed for a meal and the dining room easily fit 10 of us! The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor Weber grill got a workout. The house is located on a quiet, private road with similar sized homes and is an easy walk to Chatham's shops.

Besides this house being awesome in size, the location is amazing! Love being able to walk into town, walk to the Light and walk to the beach! Great for our extended family, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and then gather in the main living room when we wanted to around the fire. Great memories were made this past week!

Paul- who manages the property was great as usual, my 3rd time working with him and he is just so accommodating and prompt getting back to you with any questions that you might have. He's a real gem!

The whole house was immaculately clean! The location is quiet and private, porch and yard are lovely to relax. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Any questions were promptly answered by Paul. We were more than pleased with this home and would recommend it highly!

I can't say enough about this home, and the location!! I've rented many homes, and this is by far one of the best! So spacious, extremely clean and well kept, every amenity you could want — kitchen supplies, dishes, pots and pans, gadgets, — marvelous gas grill with extra canister, soaps in the bathrooms, beach chairs, a second fridge in garage, a large yard and expansive deck.

The neighborhood is a quiet dead end loop, houses spaced far apart - very private. Nice moonlit walk around the neighborhood.

Paul the property manager was great to work with and very responsive and helpful.

Our extended family of 10 had a great week at this house. It is clean, well appointed, and had plenty of space for our family. I highly recommend this home, which is very close to town as well as to great restaurant and beaches. We enjoyed yoga at Chatham Lighthouse beach, paddle boarding, Nauset Beach, Stage Harbor Beach, and, on one cloudy morning, a nice walk and tour of Atwood Museum down the street. We made a lot of great memories and look forward to renting this home again.

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The property is the best...walk to Oyster Pond and downtown and bike to Lighthouse Beach and Monomoy area.

The large yard is the best for children to play and run. Our family of 6 adults and 3 small children had enough bedrooms, bathrooms and separate spaces for everyone.

The owners are the best and available if you need them. I highly recommend this home for your family to create wonderful memories.

This house was perfect for our first family gathering in over a year. The house is well located in Chatham for anything you want to do. The layout was great for the 9 of us (5 different families).
We would love to rent it again.

The house was perfect for our large family trip in June of 2021. The house was clean and rooms as advertised. The kitchen was large and the big lawn area provided a lovely setting for outdoor entertainment and BBQ. The weather was a bit cool at times so we did not miss having a pool at all. We even met our neighbors who were renting as well as a lovely lady down the street. Very nice people on Cape Cod.

The manager was very nice and helpful and we did not encounter any issues. We had rental bikes delivered as well as bedding and all worked perfectly. I highly recommend this house on Cape Cod.

Such an amazing house four our big family. We really enjoyed it - plenty of space. Paul was so great! The house came fully stocked with some much stuff.

The house was absolutely amazing. The cleanliness of the house was impressive. They even delivered a new Weber grille while we thought the older one was in great shape. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with every necessary utensil and kitchen contraption you would need to cook or entertain. The deck was amazing and the street was private and quiet. Friendly people around the neighborhood which made for a lovely daily walk or run. The walk to town and beaches was a plus. Paul was such a pleasure to work with. Very prompt with responses. We would definitely rent here again.

We had an amazing stay at the Howe's property. Paul, who manages the property, was a pleasure to work with and always accommodating. We were grateful during the crisis to be in a place for an extended period of time and feel comfortable. The owners were very flexible and the home was well kept, clean, well equipped, organized and spacious. We were a party of five (3 adults and 2 kids) and it was nice to have the option to spread out or be together and the yard was a perfect size to run around in or take in the crisp fresh air. The house is in a perfect location, minutes to the beach and town and a short walk to a pond which the kids enjoyed! They have a piano too, which was great for the kids' lessons and practice while homeschooling. A perfect escape and very private. We miss Chatham very much and highly recommend renting this property!

We have been vacationing on Cape Cod since 2011, and this is the first year that we want to return to the same place for 2020! House was immaculate, amazingly well-equipped, and had plenty of large rooms to allow children to play in one space and adults to gather in another. The den with its 2 desks for our laptops plus a flat screen TV was handy for me to entertain our young grand kids each morning while their parents slept and then for us to catch up with emails and work when they napped. Owner/manager responded immediately to any questions we had. Covered deck area for picnics and extra fridge in garage for keeping beverages were added bonuses. Although we only used it a couple of times, the central AC was great to have. Located on a private road meant very little traffic and the large lawn was perfect for games. Oyster Pond Beach was a little far for us to walk with the little ones, but parking was adequate (free) on the days we went there. And being so close to shops and restaurants were a plus as well. This is a great place for a vacation.

This home is absolutely spectacular! It is very large, with beautiful and roomy gathering areas, five bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, beautiful deck and outstanding yard and grounds. Also in a perfect location near the water with an easy walk to town. We have 6 children and we have never been more comfortable on vacation. A major feature is the kitchen, which is spacious and has top of the line appliances. Outstanding and we hope to return next year!

It is a challenge finding a place that makes the whole family happy! This beautiful house near downtown Chatham fit the bill perfectly. Spacious five bedroom house with two car garage in pristine condition and a huge lawn for the kids to play in. Quiet location along private drive but close enough to walk to downtown area. We look forward to returning!

This home was ideal for our annual family reunion week in Chatham! Our family shared it with my sister's family and the house had more than enough space for us all to be extremely comfortable. There are lots of bedrooms and more than enough full bathrooms on the first and 2nd floors, with the bonus room over the garage being perfect for multiple kids to stay in, with a dedicated TV and bathroom.

The layout of the house is awesome -- large kitchen with great appliance, an extra fridge/freezer in the garage, very open and spacious flow of the house that allows for amazing light during the day time, and a huge, wrap-around deck off the side and back of the house that is protected from the sun in the afternoon and is perfect for a late afternoon cocktail and snacks. Lastly, the location is great, making it easy to get to town, Oyster Pond, Lighthouse Beach, the Chatham Market and wherever else you need to go. We'd strongly recommend this home for any future visitors to Chatham!

My entire family celebrated my Mom's 95th birthday in Chatham. As such, this location and the house were ideal for the 12 people (of all ages) we needed to accommodate. Everyone had a room that was suitable and the layout of the home was perfect. The open kitchen and sitting area proved to be wonderful for our informal gatherings and the house was more than well provisioned, as we found everything we required during our stay. We also found the house manager to be very attentive and thoughtful. Everything went has planned and we had a great stay. We highly recommend this property.

Highly recommend this beautiful rental home in Chatham. The listing and photos are very accurate. This home is very roomy and will accommodate a group comfortably. When we arrived everything was very clean. Other then the linens and towels you need to bring, this house is extremely well stocked. I've rented homes/condos before and never stayed in one so well equipped. We cooked dinner during our stay and kept commenting that the kitchen had more cookware and dinnerware than ours at home. From the minute we booked the property, Paul was very responsive and helpful. It is a quiet neighborhood, but about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Oyster Pond is also in walking distance (great salt water pond for little kids and a nice place to enjoy the late afternoon) and Lighthouse beach is about 1.2 miles away. We did a 3 mile or so walk each morning that included downtown, lighthouse beach, and the drawbridge. A fantastic way to start each morning. Walking on the roads without sidewalks can be somewhat intimidating at first, but the drivers go pretty slow and everyone is out there walking, running and biking so you get used to it. Highly recommend going to Provincetown to do the Dolphin Fleet Whale Watch. We also watched a summer league baseball game in downtown Chatham. Take time to go to the Chatham Pier, say hello to the seals and watch the fisherman bring in their catches. Enjoyed meals at Chatham Squire, Chatham Fish and Chips, and had to go to Sundae School in Harwichport. This is more than a "rental", it is obviously someone's home and you feel fortunate that the owner is sharing it with others.

We are four best friends from childhood. Annually, we spend 4 to 5 days in New England reconnecting. Our stay at 34 Inlet Way was perfect. The house is immaculate, beautiful and serene. The neighborhood is quiet, picturesque, excellent for walking to beaches and to town. The wrap around deck was ideal for enjoying our morning coffee, and visiting in the afternoon. The property is lovely. Without reservation, we highly recommend this home.

Our group of friends and family in town for a wedding were welcomed by this beautifully maintained property. It's private, in a quite neighborhood and there is a good amount of backyard and wrap around porch space for a family BBQ. The room layout was fantastic, and provided the flexibility for our entire group to comfortably spread out and relax. The proximity to downtown Chatham was something we took advantage, as it was only a 10-ish minute walk. As a property manager, Paul was extremely attentive and was always quick to respond. Overall, the property is spacious, comfortable, clean, charming, with great outdoor space, and we highly recommend!

Great Home and Location!

We recently stayed in this home during the 1st week of August. We had a group of 11, with 7 teenagers. This home met all of our needs and more. It has everything you could possibly need for a stay on the Cape. The property is in supreme condition, and very well cared for. It's obvious that the owners take great pride in their home. It has a lot of personality and charm. All of the modern conveniences are in place and available to you during your visit. For the size of our group, there was plenty of space to relax, either as a large group or even individually if you wanted to find your own quiet space if desired. The kitchen is updated and has all modern amenities and appliances and pretty much every kitchen tool you would ever need. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood with a small number of homes. The home is located pretty far into the "corner" of Chatham, so away from the "busy"ness of the town center. That said, it's a quick 2 minute drive into town, or a 10-15 minute nice walk. For our purposes, being in Chatham allowed us to have a great jumping off point to hit, Martha's Vineyard, Provincetown and anywhere else we went. It's also a quick ride down the hill to the Chatham Lighthouse and beach. There's plenty of shopping within short distances as well. We didn't hit many local restaurants, but saw that there were plenty to pick from if you wanted to stay local. The Property manager was great to work with as well. He was very responsive, answered any questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating to our needs. We really only had 1 small request though since this house had everything we could have asked for. Overall, this house was fantastic! I'd highly recommend this home to all types of groups and families.

Wonderful location for a family vacation

The house was roomy and comfortable - perfect for a large family vacation. Everyone had there own space to relax and play. We are an adult family and the house had all the areas to be with everyone else as well as find some solitude. I would return next year without a second thought.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

I chose this home for my family of 9, including 2 young grandchildren based on the reviews and the description of the house. Everything was as described and better. The home was well appointed and clean. There was a large yard which was perfect for the children. The location of the house could not have been better for us. It was within walking distance to a small beach and to the center of the charming town of Chatham. Paul was wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this home and hope to be back soon.

Amazing home! Perfect Chatham Vacation.

Thank you for an amazing stay at this lovely Chatham home. The property was perfect for 10 guests, with plenty of room spare. The outdoor space/yard and deck became the highlights of the week. We also really enjoyed being so close to downtown Chatham and Oyster Pond. Paul was also very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our Chatham stay tremendous. We would recommend this property without reservation as it did not disappoint. We will be back!

Charming, Well-Appointed New England Home

Our family spent the Christmas holiday at the Cape in this beautiful, well appointed New England style home. It is large, warm and charming and on a lovely cul-de-sac with a large outdoor deck and back yard. The kitchen has all high end, up-to-date appliances and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and bright and very accommodating. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a heartbeat!

Marvelous and beautiful well cared for home.

My family came down from Canada to attend a wedding in Chatham. We have been coming to the Cape for many years, but this was a most memorable stay and this beautiful home was a big part of the reason it was so memorable. It is a marvelous place and so close to all the things Chatham has to offer--the beach, fabulous downtown restaurants, summer theater, movie theater, boutique shopping galore. This home is a marvelous place with tremendous memories in its own right. It was very clean and had everything we could possible have wanted.Staying here was a joy and a privilege. I recommend it without hesitation for your family or extended family.

Wonderful property. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful property! The kitchen was outstanding and the bedrooms were spacious. We also really enjoyed the decks. The listing was accurate in terms of the amenities, layout, etc. The property was very well maintained especially the yard. We enjoyed all the ponds both salt water and fresh water and enjoyed the proximity to town. My only suggestion would be to have wider wifi access throughout the house.

Everything was perfect

This home was absolutely perfect. This is a beautiful, large home, extremely well maintained, very large bedrooms, plenty of room for all our family and friends to visit. The kitchen has every possible pot, pan, kitchen gadget you will ever need. We enjoyed wonderful evenings cooking at home in a large, open kitchen. This home is off the main road so all you hear while relaxing on the deck are the birds and see the bunnies hopping around in the yard. We rented bikes for an easy ride to town, Oyster Pond and Lighthouse beach. Working with the owner was a delight, wonderful people. The best part of this home is that it actually feels like home. The pictures on the wall, the newspaper clippings - you feel like you are visiting a wonderful family member that just handed over their beautiful home to you to enjoy for a week or a month. We hope to return next year! Can we order the same weather?

A five star hotel wrapped in a rental

We have been coming to Chatham for years and this property was exceptional in all respects . The location is great with a great deal of privacy. The owner obviously takes great pride in this home . The outside pots were full of Fall flowers as was the inside with dried Fall arrangements. The house was spotless and from the guest towels in the powder room to the fresh soaps and full cabinets of replacement supplies, it was a true renters delight. We love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed as well as the bar. We had all our Chatham friends over on the deck and all raved about the house. The owners have a detailed instruction manuel which made it easy not to bother the owner. A well organized house and truely a wonderful vacation home and obviously well loved by the owner. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Chatham at its best!

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a large home near everything in Chatham. The home is quite large and very clean. We have little children and they loved the huge yard after a day at the beach. The deck is also enormous and great for entertaining though we were mostly entertaining 3 little children! There is a Weber gas grill that was awesome. The outdoor shower was also great for us because we could wash up all the kids all at once, saving time so we could enjoy cocktail hour a little sooner. There is a large washer/dryer room and an extra fridge in the garage which came in very handy. The house is about .5 miles from the center of town so it's not too bad a walk. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is on a circle of a road so it's not a "cut through" for anyone which again was great for walking/running the kids around the block. All in all it's a fantastic home and we hope to make it back soon.

Beautiful large Chatham home.

This Chatham house felt like a HOME! It was incredibly clean and spacious. We had a Father's Day cookout with our two families and guests. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the equipment we needed. We would go for walks each morning, going to the lighthouse then through town and back to the house. The views were incredible! We love Chatham too! The dining, shopping, and beaches were awesome. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great week!!

We loved it! The house was great--plenty of room to gather, but also to be apart! Beautiful kitchen, each bedroom was nice, wonderful to each have our own bath. The location was good, too--enough off the beaten path to feel private, yet convenient to downtown. Chatham is a wonderful town to visit. We went to Nantucket for a day, shopped there, and came home pretty much empty-handed. Then we shopped in Chatham and helped the economy quite a bit! It is such a treat to find locally owned stores with unique items rather than all of the chains in every mall in the country. The home is very clean and well-maintained, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is going to be on Cape Cod. It would be just great for a family with kids--nice big yard, pretty decks, a pond within waking distance. We drove around quite a bit, and thought Chatham was the best place to have for your center of operations. New England is just such a charming area. It's one of those places where everything looks just as pretty as it does in the pictures. People can be as busy or as relaxed as they choose. I hope we are able to return soon.

My family rented this property for a week to attend a nephew's wedding. There were eleven in our party, including three year old triplets. We all felt very comfortable in the house and the kids really enjoyed the large yard. The beach was within walking distance, as was the Main Street. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, etc. I would recommend this property, especially for families.

This home was ideally located, close to beaches and perfect for family gatherings. All bedrooms are quite spacious and beautifully appointed. Kitchen is fabulous with high end appliances, immaculate and well stocked with all conveniences of home. The setting is tranquil yet close to town with a well maintained yard and plenty of parking. There was a beautiful wrap around deck for outside living. We so appreciated all the attention to detail such as nightlights in bathrooms, tablecloth on outside table, beach chairs in gargae, and brand new trashcans. We especially loved the fifth bedroom with its own separate set of stairs which was great for our late teenage, young adult children, two of whom were celebrating their twenty first birthdays. They could come and go without disturbing the rest of us. They could also sleep until noon as they were in a different part of the house with their own space and air conditioner and could not even hear the early risers. We had four families together and never felt crowded. Everything about Chatham was absolutely charming and we cannot wait to return. We would not hesitate for a minute about renting this lovely and gracious home again.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. The owner clearly takes much pride in the home and it is comfortable, clean, spacious, and perfect for a Chatham vacation. It is near to the town and beaches and yet is quiet and in a private setting. This is a large home and has lots of room for relaxing and group activities, as well as having plenty of space to entertain and spread out both indoors and on a large deck that overlooks a well-manicured lawn. There is wifi and even an office for those who, like us, could not completely escape from work's demands. The kitchen is magnificent and updated, and there is a grill for cooking out. We loved our stay there !!

We have rented consistently for 3 years and can't wait to come back for the fourth. Feels like our second home. Well equipped, spacious, clean. The owners and property managers couldn't be nicer people to work with and have become friends. This is truly a special place.

My family and I absolutely loved our 2 week stay at 34 Inlet Road in Chatham. What a fantastic house! We loved that the house was so spacious and roomy. 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths were key. It was never crowded when we were all together and there were plenty of places (inside and outside) to 'get-away'. Bathrooms are all immaculate. Every room in the house is well furnished, clean and bright. Nothing in the house is in disrepair. Kitchen is easy to cook in and appliances work well as does the outdoor grill. Deck is large and wonderful and yard is gorgeous, huge and manicured. Central air works perfectly and was much appreciated during the heat wave! Very nice that A/C has 3 zones. Attached 2-car garage is enormous and clean and we took advantage of the extra fridge. Garbage disposal was a cinch. Driveway easily fits 4 large vehicles.We loved that the house is on a very quiet circle. My family is very familiar with Chatham; we enjoyed the proximity to all of our favorite 'hot-spots'. We were able to easily walk into town; Stage Harbor; Oyster Pond; Church; Chatham As game; the park; Friday band concerts; the walking loop etc. Lighthouse beach and Chatham Bars Inn are about 1 mile away. Town is full of coffee shops, lunch spots and fabulous restaurants and gift shops. I could truly go on and on with lots of compliments for this home.
