Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home, the peaceful and quiet surroundings, the lovely uncrowded beach. Near enough to whatever you wish to enjoy on the Cape, but secluded enough to give you a relaxing respite. Thanks to all who helped us enjoy, and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The location was wonderful for our family, and the quiet road made for a peaceful and safe walk to the beach. The house itself was comfortable, spacious, and very clean!

We loved this house and wouldn't hesitate to go back! The best part about it was the different living areas: the living room had comfortable furniture, but the porch was especially nice because we could eat there as well as enjoy the air. The deck was lovely, too. The kitchen was well-stocked and roomy. We really enjoyed the private beach: quiet, close by, and secluded.

Bob and Carol! We absolutely love your summer home. This is our second time renting this property. The house is fully stocked with whatever you may need. We love to bring our bikes and take that short ride down to the private beach, which is such a nice beach to go for a walk or a nice quiet swim. It is very peaceful =) Lovely place for family pictures!. The house is also in a wonderful location. Moments from downtown, the fish pier and shopping. A great place to stay with your family! I would recommend this summer treasure to anyone! Looking forward to spending more summers in this beautiful home.

I would also like to say that speaking with Bob about his house is an added bonus. He can give you many ideas of what to do in Chatham or surrounding towns on the Cape! Enjoy!!

My family of eight returned to this wonderfully comfortable, well-kept, private home for our third summer. As always, it did not disappoint! Between BBQs on the large back porch, walks with coffee down to the private beach, bike rides into town and plenty of separate living spaces if you want to get time away, it is an ideal home away from home. Great A/C units in the bedrooms for the warmer nights and plenty of kitchen supplies for the big family meals.

The neighborhood is secluded, with only a few friendly neighbors. We never venture out to the public beaches of Chatham, remaining content on the small private beach. Everything is well maintained and clean and we have even met the gentleman and his son who come to cut the lawn. Wifi works well and cable TV is there if you get a rainy day (we didn't!). Bob and Carol are wonderfully accommodating hosts, and this will not be our last visit!

This house was great.

We returned for a second year to the same house because it can't be beat! The location is perfect with a private beach when you don't feel like bothering with lugging chairs and towels to a crowded beach. It is a quick bike ride or walk to Chatham Bars Inn, and a little further to town. Because it sits atop a hill, the house gets a wonderful breeze throughout the living areas. The air conditioners in the bedrooms work well. The back porch and BBQ have made our family gatherings simple and memorable. The house is always clean and well kept, and Bob has been quick to answer any questions. It really has become a home away from home for us, with our children flying in from 3 different states to share the experience with us. We will be back again this year!

We had a wonderful vacation and so enjoyed your home! The location is perfect - my husband and I took a four mile walk every morning down Shore Road and trough town. The weather allowed us to take advantage of the lounge chairs, the private beach and the outdoor shower. My family took full advantage of the relaxing environment.The house is well supplied with everything. The beach is terrific and my husband even caught a fish!
