Lynn and her husband were absolutely amazing to work with during the entire process. This home is cozy and clean. We throughly enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Lynn. It's a great location - close to alot of different things to do for children as well as families.

I cannot say enough good things about our vacation stay! We would highly recommend this home!

Everything about this rental was delightful. Working with Lynn meant making a new friend and her graciousness was unbounded. My mid-life children (2 couples) stayed here with a one night visit from a Boston friend. The house is well equipped, charming, very cozily comfortable, and in a prime location. (I stayed nearby with adult grandchildren.). The beach equipment is fantastic! My #1 choice for a return visit!

My wife and son (age 8) rented this home over the July 4th week and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our needs, with lots of great amenities and in quiet neighborhood, but also in close proximity to the bike trail, several great beaches (my son prefers Ridgevale, but Forest, and Hardings are also nearby), and just a few minutes drive in either direction to the shops and restaurants in downtown Chatham and Harwichport. Lynn was very responsive and easy to work with on making the reservation and check-in/check-out. We visit the Cape every summer and I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect for my family of 4, (kids 9 and 7). The house was exceptionally clean, neat and had everything you could need/want for the perfect Cape Cod vacation. My family throughly enjoyed the ping-pong table, the screened in porch (where many meals were had), and you can't beat the location. The owners were very attentive and responsive making this a stress free experience as first time renters of this property. It was the perfect week and one of the best houses my family has stayed at on the Cape.

Our stay at this Chatham rental was wonderful! The house was the perfect size for 5 adults and a baby. Everyone felt like they had enough room and the 2 bathrooms was a huge plus! We really enjoyed the screened in back porch and outdoor shower. The mini splits and ceiling fans were a nice touch as well! The house was a short walk to Forest beach and an easy drive to downtown Chatham.

My family and I rented this house in South Chatham the second week of August 2023. While not a huge home, it is very comfortable and met our needs. The screened porch is especially nice as it's the perfect place for the family to eat meals, play games and hang out regardless of the weather. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for cooking. The teenagers enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. In the evenings it was fun to walk to Forest Beach.

If I were to request one improvement, it would be a small TV in the downstairs master bedroom. I didn't enjoy the TV shows watched by my teenage grandkids. Watching TV after dinner was a favorite pass time of the grandkids and it kept them entertained.

We've stayed at this home several times. We enjoy being able to go for morning walks to Forest Beach or hop on the bike trail .It is a a convenient location whether you want to visit downtown Chatham or head towards Harwich for food or shopping. We love to spend evenings playing games on the porch. A perfect week!

My family had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. While the weather threatened to confine us to mostly indoor activities, we enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. The first floor's open layout is nice; it enabled the family to be in different corners, kitchen, dining room or family room, yet still together. Loved that!
Lynn and Rich made everything from check-in to check-out very easy.
The house is as it appears in the listing. Yes, newly renovated, appliances are new. And there is plenty of space for a family of five or more.
Great location, near several Chatham beaches, the Cape Cod Bike Trail, and a short drive to Chatham town center.
Look forward to reserving this vacation rental again.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. Great location. Some days we even walked to the beach because it was a nice walk. Loved the screened in porch for morning breakfast and late night drinks. Outdoor shower was new and everyone in the fam used it. Nice touch with the ping pong table in the basement. My kids loved that. Can't wait to stay there again

We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The location was fantastic and the house is very clean and well kept. We especially enjoyed the new outdoor shower and relaxing on the screen porch. Super quick trip down to the beach with free parking! Short drive to the chatham shops and restaurants for a nice fun day too!

Definitely will look to stay here again.

We had a super terrific week here at this Cape home. The house made us feel at home. It is very spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The yard and screened in porch allow for fun no matter the weather. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, table settings, glassware, and a dishwasher. We enjoyed so many things: beaches, walks, outings in the surrounding towns, visiting the wildlife refuge, mini golf, ice cream, and shopping. Quite an adventure as we visited P-Town where we enjoyed lobster rolls, lobster bisque, and some old fashioned candy. The weather was certainly on our side! We saw seals, people clamming, star fish, dolphins, and sharks. We finished our week with some kayaking, a stop at Devils Purse Brewery, and the Orpheum Theater for a screening of JAWS. This is our third or fourth year returning to this rental, and would recommend it for those who want to have fun and go on adventures all within the comfort of home.

We love staying at this home, which is our 4th consecutive year. Our family of 7 enjoys the spacious interior, the bedroom layout with 1 master suite downstairs and 2 bedrooms with full bath upstairs, all the necessary amenities, and the lovely screened-in porch that everyone utilizes throughout the day. The location is close to the waterfront, quiet, and convenient to town shops, beaches and special events.

We stayed here for a week. There were six adults and there was plenty of room for all. The house is exactly as pictured in the photos. We found it to be very convenient to everything. The house is clean and the enclosed porch in the back is lovely. We will definitely rent this house again.

Although the location is very good, we had some problems. Beds were quite uncomfortable, and most of the furnishings are past their expiration date. A few other problems were handled well by the rental agent.

We loved staying at this house for a week in Chatham. The house is spotless, cozy, inviting and extremely well appointed. The owners have thought of everything. We ate almost every meal on the lovely screened in porch. Close proximity to beaches and many other activities.

We have been vacationing in Chatham for over 20 years and have never found a home to be as welcoming as this one! We have been staying at this property since 2007, and it is so wonderful we return each year. The homeowners have thought of every detail that makes our family feel so comfortable and at home when we are here! The house is very clean, well appointed and the layout very open and conducive to young children. Easy drive to town and walk to beach. The screen porch and ping pong table are our favorites!

Have been coming to Cape for 15 years ...your home was a perfect fit as our family of 4 has grown!

The accommodations were comfortable and more than adequate...have vacationed on Cape for 30 years...51 Bay View is very convenient to all activities, shopping and dining.

...family tradition of gathering at the Cape - layout brings us all together - whether cooking, watching TV or catching the breezes on the porch...great proximity to beaches, bike path and town.

Your home was the perfect getaway for a "ladies" retreat -lovely, charming and roomy!
