I have rented on the Cape for decades and this rental experience was excellent. The location was great, enjoyed being able to walk to the beach! Hardings Beach is beautiful and a few steps and you are on the beach!

The home was clean and roomy, plenty of space for the eight adults in my group. The homeowner was very nice to deal with and responded quickly to any questions I had. The central air was very nice for those humid days. Location was convenient as it was a quick ride to everything such as shopping, restaurants, bakery/coffee, supermarkets and gas. This house was the perfect spot for a week at the Cape for the first time in several years. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. The house is both spacious and comfortable, clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again. Thank you!

This vacation home was simply great! The home is in excellent condition, has great beach decor, spacious and great sleeping arrangements. We stayed with 9 family members and had plenty of room! The location is wonderful, walking distance to a really nice beach, quiet neighborhood. We felt so at home here! We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We highly recommend this rental home and will be back!

This is our second visit to this property and it did not disappoint! The location made for easy walks to the dock to fish and watch the sunset and down to the beach for swimming and exploring. It was also great for trips to town for shopping, movies, and some nice restaurants. The house has a great layout for the kids and grownups alike! We took advantage of the ping pong table, Foosball table, and even a few of the board games! The outside area was perfect for nights we stayed in and grilled. We hope to return again! We enjoyed a perfect week in August at this pristine and well appointed rental. There was more than enough room for the 8 of us. The decor and furnishings are lovely and the quality is beyond what one might normally see in a rental. We loved the location -- in a peaceful neighborhood close to the beach and close enough to town and other amenities in the area. Favorite activities -- kayaking on Oyster Pond River and out to the beach, renting bikes in Brewster. All around a great vacation.

We loved staying at this home for our vacation in Chatham this summer. The house is located within walking distance to Hardings Beach, and we loved being able to fish and crab from the dock at the end of the street. The basement was great, and we really enjoyed sitting out on the patio and BBQing when we weren't eating out. We will definitely look to stay there again!

Nauset Beach is a must-see! Lighthouse Beach Yoga at 7:30am is phenomenal! Chatham is beautiful, tons of quaint shops, always something to do!

This was our first family trip to the Cape and it was perfect! The house was great, it was warm and sunny, and the beaches were gorgeous.
