We stayed at Sean's place for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is ideal - close to the center, CVS, Village Market, shops and restaurants. The cottage is meticulously maintained, very clean and has everything one may need. Sean is a great host, replied quickly to all the questions and was very helpful. Thank you, Sean!!

We loved our vacation at this home! This rental was perfectly located near the heart of Chatham. It was a bonus to be a one minute walk to the grocery store! I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and I have to say this house exceeded my expectations. The owners take pride in their property and have given this house an updated, and modern beach feel. The accommodations in the "kids" bedroom worked lovely for our 3 children. We plan to rent this property again!

We have come to love this cozy, clean, and bright home! We've come back three times and enjoy the beautiful beaches, picturesque town, and freshwater fishing. The location is great...private yet close to everything. The owners have always been super responsive and given us lots of good tips on restaurants, etc. Will be heading back next summer as well!

I can't say enough how wonderful this home is! We were 3 adults and a 4yr old and a 1yr old. Everything was updated and clean with plenty of room for all. The location is the best, close to everything in Chatham.

We stayed here for a week in June. It was our first visit from Ireland to the US and Cape Cod. Communication with the owners was perfect. The house is beautiful, even bigger than it looks from the photos and the large back garden was a bonus. We walked in and thought Wow! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook on a couple of nights while we were there. The location was great, too. The supermarket couldn't be handier, and it's only a short walk to the town, restaurants and beaches. We didn't hire a car, and we were able to visit Nantucket from Hyannis and Provincetown using the Cape Cod bus service. All in all we loved everything about this house and would love to come back again. show more show less

We have stayed here for two years in a row with our three children. It's our favorite vacation destination. The house is totally updated and has many wonderful amenities. We especially love walking downtown to shop, catch a ball game or a movie and get ice cream. There are many beaches nearby, one within walking distance and several just a short drive. Our kids love the back yard and small semi private road for bike riding. We are able to access bike trails easily, and both adults found the location very accessible for our morning runs. We especially like the Friday to Friday rental, as the weekend traffic can be very tough. This house has provided us respite and relaxation from our busy lives, and we look forward to more years of making memories on the Cape. show more show less

We had a great two weeks in this lovely house in Chatham. It was immaculately clean throughout and very comfortable. The owners have made this a very homey and welcoming property to stay in for a vacation. They obviously put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great rental. The house is well placed, surrounded by restaurants and shops and yet is situated on a quiet, private lane. Ideal for families with young children. We would love to return again next year. We rented this home for our summer vacation in August 2011. We brought our 2 year old and 6 year old. The house is in perfect, brand new condition, and has a great airy feel to it. The kitchen is new, the beds are too, and very comfortable, and everything you need is there except the food. You have to walk about 5 minutes for that. The yard offers a nice respite after spending days at the beach. There are a choice of beaches in the very near vicinity, and a Chatham weekly pass will get you on most of them. We especially liked finding super kid friendly beaches, then being able to hit ocean beaches like the lighthouse beach where we could catch some waves. Chatham has all the town amenities, and Main St. is right there. Great location, great house, wonderful experience. I recommend a stay and would certainly book again. show more show less

We have stayed here several times. This home is newly renovated and done well. The house had everything we could need. We even had our children, 9 & 7, with us. The beds were all very comfortable. The house in general was very comfortable. The location is also perfect! We took a 5 minute walk to Oyster Pond beach, which is perfect for the kids, then a 7-10 minute walk to the center of Chatham. After arriving, we didn't get into a car for two full days, but yet we went to the beach and to town several times. It was lovely! I look forward to coming back to this house and staying again. show more show less
