    We enjoyed our stay at this house in Chatham. We found it very convenient and quiet neighborhood, good for walks and going down to the lake. House was impeccably clean and we appreciated that during our stay. Loved the views and being able to sit outside. We would come again anytime!

    We are happy to rent out our well cared for home. It is fully renovated and updated. We enjoy it and hope all of vacationers will too.

    What is special about this property?
    The location and set up of the house is pretty from all views and the neighborhood is very quiet and nice for walking. Everything is new. Brand new kitchen and washer dryer.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is one of the best towns on cape cod. It has the best downtown area with lots of shops and great restaurants, the best beaches including famous Lighthouse Beach, it has lots of nature walks and museums. Chatham has public tennis and golfing, the nearby chatham bars inn and spa, a brand new movie theatre, baseball games, the famous chatham bandstand with concerts and more. Chatham has nearby ferry options to visit Nantucket and is an easy drive to Hyannis to ferries to both Nantucket and Martha Vineyard.
