Home is also with deeded access to lake which is walking distance away and we provide kayaks and canoe.

This completely renovated home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The first floor offers master bedroom with Queen bed and attached full bath with tub, brand new kitchen with high end stainless appliances and quartz counters and island with seating for 4 people. The living room has flat screen TV and french door to covered deck for lounging. The first floor also has a den/sitting room with another flat screen with sliders out to a mahogany deck for dining outdoors, and hanging out / lounging in large yards in front, back and sides. Washer/dryer is also located on the first floor. The 2nd Floor includes another Master Bedroom with Queen bed and its own full bath with tub and a large Bedroom with Queen bed and Twin bed and an adjacent full bath with tub. Each bedroom upstairs also includes a desk for working from home.

The whole house has central a/c snd Internet WIFI. This property is centrally located, a short distance to all chatham beaches and to Chatham Center. The neighborhood is quiet and private and perfect for walking and quick access to the bike path. The house includes access to a private lake in the neighborhood for swimming, kayaking, and picnic tables and grills. Enjoy a quintessential cape cod vacation in the most picturesque towns on the cape; some of the best restaurants, shops and beaches on the Cape, enjoy a Chatham A's baseball game, Chatham bandstand concert, swim at Lighthouse Beach or Harding or one of the south chatham beaches, and easily hop on the ferry to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard.
