The 2nd Floor includes a queen bedroom with its own full bath, flat screen TV, and desk and another large bedroom with queen bed and twin bed and an adjacent full bath, flat screen TV, and desk.

The house has a back deck and patio with dining for 6 with an umbrella. The side deck is covered and has 3 chaise lounge chairs and offers breezy relaxing lounging. House offers central a/c, Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Stereo CD player, DVD player, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven. No smoking. No pets.
