The Wordell family have been renting their classic Cape Cod cottages since the 1950's. Of the original 14 cottages, the Greenlaw is the sole remaining rental property in the family. Jon was a local school teacher and a single father who raised his 6 children on the property. They ran the cottage colony as a family like a farm. Every detail from cleaning, painting, garbage collection to babysitting, it was a family affair. Jon married Toni, an ICU nurse at the Cape Cod Hospital and together they worked full time jobs while running their rental business for 40 years.
