Our family of four had a dreamy vacation at this beautiful house with our friends, another family of four. The house was tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished, and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Our little kids LOVED their bunk beds (even though it was a bit challenging to climb up, which kinda made it all the more fun). And the house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so kids felt safe playing outside on their own. My 4-year-old son loved picking fresh tomatoes from the herb garden and feeding us everyday.
John was attentive throughout our stay and was helpful whenever we had any questions.
We went on a day trip to Provincetown, a seal watching cruise, Breakwater Beach at low tide (which was magical), and enjoyed many afternoons at Schoolhouse Pond, but our favorite part of the trip was biking on the bike trails. We used the tandem bike and a bike with a trailer that were in the garage, and rented another bike with a trailer, so all eight of us could go on these bike rides together. It was exhilarating!
I do want to add that if you have small children like us, you might want to bring blackout curtains (black garbage bags with tapes would do) so kids would sleep later, and/or noise machines so even after kids wake up you could still sleep in a little. :)
Overall, we truly loved our stay at the house, and we already can't wait to go back!!
