Todd's beach house exceeded all of our expectations. Perfect location to walk to Ridgevale beach, using the wagon and beach chairs stored in the shed (where we also stored our bikes! ). The house was sparkling clean and has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and was the ideal set up for our multi generational family and our pups. One of our favorite rentals yet…we hope to be back next year! Especially loved the comfortable recliners in the living room!! Thanks for a great week!

My family and I had the best time staying at this house. Perfect location and size for an older family with 19 and 21 year olds. The basement was perfect and gave them space. Two bathrooms were perfect didn't feel cramped. We played numerous card games at the big kitchen table. Short walk to beach didn't need a parking pass. Will stay here again and highly recommend. Fully stocked with kitchen items, beach chairs and coolers. Couldn't have asked for more!

This was a perfect house for our family vacation and our first time in Chatham, located in close proximity to ridgevale beach which the kids loved. Todd was the perfect host and was very responsive in communicating and also very responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out and he came to the rescue in a matter of minutes to let us back in, Todd made our stay very pleasant and we are looking forward to next year.

Our family again had the absolutely best time at this perfect beach home in Chatham! The property is everything your vacation needs with all the comforts of home! Our adult-aged kids slept and had their own space in the completely finished basement with plenty of beds and pull-outs to comfortably sleep all 5 of them.(plus a full separate bathroom downstairs)This is in addition to 2 large bedrooms upstairs.
The kitchen, living room and dining area are beautifully designed and have that cozy, homey feeling you need after a long day at Ridgevale Beach, which is a quick stroll from the house. O.K. now for the best part :) the water pressure is 100% amazing!! We have never had a better experience! the outdoor shower is an absolute must! Todd is a great guy and is there if any need arises. Todd keeps this rental spotless and everything you would need for a day at the beach, he has in the shed. We would recommend renting from Todd to anyone and everyone we know!

We absolutely loved our week in South Chatham thanks to Todd who rented us his charming house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood! It was a 10 minute, easy walk to the beach and a 5-10 minute drive either way to downtown Harwich or Chatham.

Easily fit our 5 adults, one toddler and bulldog pup. Had plenty of room for more guests as well. House was spotless and even better than photos when we arrived. Can't wait to go back next summer!

We had an amazing week in Chatham! The home we stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was quiet and so close to the beach! The owner was friendly and available. We took advantage of local sights, shops and restaurants....even took in some fishing!

We just can't say enough about how clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated it was! Todd has it so well set up with everything you could possibly need! Just step in, unpack and start enjoying your vacation! Such a great location to Ridgevale beach as well as many others. Restaurants, coffee shops and of course Marion's Pie Shop!!! The shower was fabulous and the deck and yard were beautiful and so enjoyable!

Todd was such a pleasure to work with and easy to reach if there was ever a question. Such a much needed and wonderful week! Thanks Again Todd!

We enjoyed a wonderful two week stay in August. Todd was very accommodating to us and our rental went very smoothly. The house had everything we needed for our stay including all the necessary beach equipment, making packing easier on us. This house was very clean and well maintained with a large yard at the end of a quiet street. We enjoyed going to Ridgevale Beach with the kids almost everyday or hanging in the yard. We will definitely be back!

We just returned from a week at Todd's lovely home. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, impeccably neat and clean, thoroughly appointed with anything you could possibly need or want, this house has it all! Outside you'll find a deck with grill, large yard with picnic table and lots of chairs, and the BEST outdoor shower.

Located at the end of a quiet street less than half a mile from Ridgevale Beach, you can easily walk or ride a bike there. No need to bring and beach chairs or other beach items, Todd has it all in the shed! The house is also close to other Chatham beaches, Main Street, restaurants and shopping too.

Any inquiry or question was promptly responded to by Todd, he couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. Already looking forward to returning next summer!

Came back again in June 2021 and will keep coming back. This is the perfect home for work and play in Chatham. Todd is a perfect host. Don't hesitate to rent this home.

This is a charming and thoughtfully appointed cottage in a perfect location -- about a ten minute walk to a really wonderful and kid-friendly beach. Todd was extremely responsive, caring and thoughtful, and the cottage was sparkling clean. (We were worried about Covid-related precautions, and Todd and his amazing cleaning lady put us immediately at ease with detailed specifications about how meticulously they are handling the turnover and cleaning.) It was so nice to have central AC at the end of the beach day, and the kids loved playing in the grass and eating dinner at the outdoor picnic table at the end of the day. We would walk back to Ridgevale Beach for sunset and these were the most beautiful sunsets we've seen. We fell in love with Chatham and will definitely be back!

This is our second year renting from Todd and we cannot wait until next summer! Todd is the most attentive, friendly, and approachable owner we know. The location, central air, gas stovetop, two flooring living space, BEST OUTDOOR SHOWER, and immaculate condition make this home our family's favorite Chatham rental!! The house is located on the end of a quiet street, within walking distance to Ridgevale Beach. Enjoy morning walks around the adorable neighborhood or relax on the large deck with your coffee and a good book. The two-floor living spaces provide extra space for children to play. Located close to Chatham Center and neighboring beaching is a bonus. This is one rental we will return to for many years!

Don't hesitate to rent this gem of a property! This delightful property did turn out to be even more wonderful than the reviews I had seen. So very many good things to say, not the least of which is working with easy-going Todd, a real pleasure, so hospitable and responsive to whatever you need.

This home is immaculate. Every room is nicely decorated with sweet touches to remind you that you are on vacation at the beach. This house has things that might be lacking elsewhere, like a hamper in every bedroom, plenty of hangers, a drying rack and toilet paper when you get there! The lower level bonus room was perfect for privacy for my son and daughter-in-law with their 3 month old baby. They had their own bathroom and the laundry facilities on the lower level came in so handy with the baby. Those of us upstairs never heard them getting up at night with the baby.

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, even a cupcake pan. The large deck and grill got lots of use. The outdoor shower is great, with great water pressure and plenty of hooks for hanging your clothes and towels. We were happy to have a clothesline and picnic table with umbrella. There is a TV in every bedroom, although we didn't watch much as we spent a good amount of time riding bikes on the rail trail, which is very close to the house. The large shed was perfect for storing our 4 bikes. The shed has everything else you could need so leave all your beach stuff home. There is plenty of parking for 4 cars. On many nights we watched the sunset on nearby Ridgevale Beach. Over the years, we have stayed in many a rental home and this was the most perfect. You have nothing to clean or buy, just your groceries and some nice wine. :) You can just relax and enjoy! Thanks so much Todd for helping to make this a perfect Chatham vacation!

Todd's home was the perfect pandemic getaway for a change of scenery after 4 months of quarantine. The home is clean, well maintained, equipped with absolutely everything we needed indoors and outdoors including a generator that kept wifi running despite a storm and power outage. Todd was responsive at all times. Kitchen has every appliance and utensil. Bedrooms are comfortable. Basement is fantastic for guests and/or kids. Deck and grill were appreciated for cooking and eating fresh local fish. Shed has everything for beach needs. I wanted to stay longer and will be back!

My family had a great time on vacation and the place worked out perfect. The basement which has lots of amenities and beds was great for my kids. There was TV, board games, several beds and couches down there. Todd stocked the shed with lots of beach toys which saved us space in the car. We cooked all our breakfast and one dinner at the house which worked out great. Fully stocked kitchen including the items you don"t want to pack like oils salt/pepper etc...

The beach was a short walk away and after 4 p.m. you can park for free so that made it easy to show up for quick sunset viewing which looked great. The beach was perfect for kids as it has a tidal pool on back side. Location was great as was short drive to National Seashore and very close to all the shops of Chatham.

This cottage was perfect! Todd was friendly and very accommodating. Plenty of space and clean. Nice and bright throughout. Great living room space. Central A/C was a must for us, and it was nice and cool everywhere. The kitchen had all you needed, quality items. Gas stove, freezer makes ice, dishwasher, and a great coffee maker. Makes a pot of coffee or you can use the pods for single use. Don't bring anything. Each bed was comfortable and bedrooms spacious. The downstairs was great for our grandson! The large TV equipped with all he needed, games, movies and surround sound. Plenty of space for all of us to have a movie night. Large upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bathroom has shower as well as there is an outside shower. Separate laundry room downstairs, perfect! Nice deck with grill and yard. Don't bring any beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers all in shed. More than enough. There is even a wagon to put your beach items and walk to beach. The Ridgevale beach walking distance. After 4:30 pm you can drive down and sit at beach for free. Great spot for little kids. Great location. We will be back!

We had a delightful trip to Chatham and very much enjoyed our stay in Todd's home. The house is immaculate and in perfect condition, with an easy stroll to Ridgevale Beach. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need (really, they've thought of everything!) to enjoy the beach, relax and get away from it all. Comfy beds, great outdoor shower and plenty of room to spread out. The basement is beautiful also. I slept better than I had in months!

The nicest house we have rented in Chatham, and we have been rented for 14 years! Lots of amenities, walking distance to Ridgevale beach, a spacious corner lot for many family games, an amazing outdoor shower, and wonderful craftsmanship inside are just a few reasons to rent this house. The owner takes pride in this well maintained home. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay for the week. The house is very clean and spacious. The large TV room downstairs was perfect for my three small boys to play. We loved the yard and the deck to sit and enjoy. Would love to go back!

FIRST IMPRESSION: This property is lovely and it is well taken care of. Pride of ownership is evident when you first see it.

We stayed for a week and loved it. It was extremely clean and inviting. However, the small details are important and the owner has provided many in his house as well as furnishing it very nicely.

PROS: It has lots of room to sleep a large family. It has windows on four sides of the house to allow for cross breezes. The main level has a very well equipped kitchen, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a good sized living room with a wall-mounted TV and a ceiling fan. The dining area can seat up to 10. The main bathroom is large and there are two bedrooms near it (both having TV's) with larger bedroom having a daybed. The lower level has a large seating area around a large wall-mounted TV, a bunk bed area and a full bathroom. There is plenty of space here for kids and the family to hang out or have movie night - as we did each night. The deck off the kitchen with built-in seating is large to accommodate additional seating and a gas grille. The outdoor shower was wonderful. There is even a clothesline for towels and wet bathing suits. We played football and corn hole (we brought our game) in the beautiful yard. Parking spots for cars are convenient to the deck. The shed contained lawn chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a beach wagon for when we walked to the beach (a 15 minute walk). Our host goes out of his way to accommodate guests. He kindly provided my husband with some tools needed to make adjustments on his boat.

CONS: None at all.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It is ideally located - close to the beach where our kids rode their bikes and in a quiet neighborhood for walks. It's also convenient to many restaurants, bakeries and a few minutes to downtown Chatham.

Truly a Cape Cod Gem!

We stayed at this home with our three children over Labor Day weekend. This was a last minute decision and I am certainly glad we did. This home has everything you need for your beach getaway, boogie boards, beach wagon, umbrellas and when you return an outdoor shower. The house is quaint, newly remodeled, and very clean. We were all comfortable had everything we needed and more than expected and most importantly had a great time.

This home was perfect for our family and could also work for 2 families. Lots of room to spread out, games and tv's to entertain kids on a rainy day, and plenty of seating inside and out. Spotless and well maintained. You really only need to bring sheets and towels, everything else you could possibly need is there! Beach chairs, mats, and umbrella were an unexpected bonus! This home is on a lovely, quiet side street, great for kids. Easy walk to Ridgevale Beach and short drive to everything else in Chatham. Also close to the bike path. The owner Todd is very responsive and easy to work with. You get more than what you pay for with this vacation home! Thank you for a great stay!

This vacation home was perfect for my extended family, including two toddlers. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the extra space on the lower level allowed us to spread out nicely. The shed had everything we needed for the beach, including beach chairs, coolers, crab nets, and a sand wagon, and the short walk to and from the beach was very enjoyable. Todd the owner was easily reachable in case we needed anything. We can't wait to come back this summer!

What a pleasant surprise!!! Newly renovated, airy, fresh, and bright, with all modern amenities. This quaint Chatham home has everything our family could need. Just a short stroll to miles of Chatham's beautiful beaches. This year we will bring the kayaks. Located just a short drive to downtown we found shops to browse and a great local restaurant. The fried clams are a must!!! Can't wait for this year's family's vacation! We will be back! This rental is perfect for our family.
