    Delightful!

    We stayed here last 4th of July and had such a wonderful time. The house is just a short walk from a beach that is perfect for the kids to play on. It was well appointed, with everything we needed. I especially loved the loveseat swing in the back yard, under the trees - the perfect place to read a book or relax with a glass of wine.

    Perfect Beach House for family and friends

    We've stayed at this beautiful home twice already and we're planning on staying this summer too. The house is very clean and cozy and has a great open layout so we could be a part of the family activities even when busy in the kitchen. The landscaping is immaculate, as well as the updated kitchen. Lots of big bedrooms for lots of guests, so perfect for a big kids' slumber party, or even an adult one. The awesome outdoor shower is awesome.

    The home is in a quaint, quiet community., and we especially loved how close it was to the beach -- just a short walk.

    Best Discovery on the Cape

    Our family of four still raves about our amazing 2 nights in Chatham around July 4. The house was perfectly located and we can't recommend it highly enough to other families or even larger groups!

    With 2 bedrooms upstairs and another 2 downstairs, it can easily accommodate large or even multiple families. The kitchen was a pleasure and the house and we absolutely loved the garden. The furniture was comfortable and enticed us to stay up late playing board games.

    The house was easy to find in a safe neighborhood and was conveniently located close to the beach and bike trail.

    We'll cherish our summer memories for years to come. We'll never forget this gem of a home and hope to be back soon!     show more show less

    This is a family property that has given us many wonderful memories over the years. We just began renting it out in recent years, and we have put a lot of effort into keeping the house updated and fresh - the washer/dryer and kitchen appliances are new, as are the quilts, blankets, and interior decorations. The landscaping is beautiful and we love spending time as a family in the yard and on the backyard swing. The home is in a picturesque neighborhood perfect for a walk, jog, or bike ride. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

    What is special about this property?
    We enjoy spending time playing lawn games in the beautiful yard surrounding the property. The property is in a nice neighborhood which is perfect for strolling, running and biking. Pleasant beach (with free parking) is only .3 miles down the street from our home, and the Bike Trail is less than a mile away.

    Chatham is located on the elbow of Cape Cod. Surrounded on three sides by water, it extends out to sea as the most easterly point in Massachusetts. Chatham is a popular tourist destination, as it has both natural beauty and a charming and vibrant downtown. Chatham's natural beauty includes its expansive and magnificent beaches, a lighthouse, wildlife, nature trails, bike bath, and stunning views of the ocean. Chatham has a special blend of the past and present with quaint streets lined with historic sea captains' homes, a fine selection of historic museums, and a walking downtown area with unique shops, galleries, and restaurants. While in Chatham, enjoy a free outdoor concert at the Bandstand downtown, a picnic in the park, a movie or play at Monomoy Theater, or a Chatham A's baseball game at Veteran's Field!
