50yr+ college friend reunion

September 2022. Four couples who all met in college over 50 years ago, from all over the country, get together every year and this year we wanted to try Cap Cod. Claudine's home was absolutely perfect for us. We all raved at how well appointed everything was and the location couldn't be better. We walked down to the fish pier every morning to see the catches of the day..about a five minute walk. Downtown was very close as were grocery stores, etc. Everything you needed was there or close by. Claudine checked in every so often to see if we needed anything. If you are considering this home…..jump on it. It's perfect. Thanks Claudine!

Beautiful property with 2 master suites 2 other bedrooms and great spaces. Loved the outdoor shower, fire pit, swimming pool and spa corner of pool. Impeccable maintained and very well equipped. We used this for our family and attended our daughter's wedding at nearby Wequassett.

My sisters and I had the most amazing weekend at this property. Everything about it was exceptional. The pool was incredible and was so nice being able to walk in and out of town. The property manager did an amazing job communicating and would reply instantly if I had a question. 5 stars all around! Book the house—you won't regret it!

Wonderful experience and great hosts. Property is in great shape. Nice new TVs, clean furniture, fully stocked kitchen of appliances and utensils. Great tv/pool table room in the basement. Plenty of space for everyone between all the bedrooms and many common areas to relax. 10-15 min walk into town. 5 minute walk to the fishing docks. 10 min walk to Chatham Bars Inn. Highly recommend.

This is our second time renting this beautiful home. It is absolutely amazing - perfect in every way. The house has everything you could ever want and more - right down to Netflix and Disney+ access on all 5 TVs. The pool and hot tub are top notch. My kids had the best time swimming and relaxing in their "own" pool. Claudine was wonderful to work with - super nice and responsive to all communication. The location couldn't be better- close to everything including downtown, beaches, playground, fish market. The only down side is once you stay at this home you won't want to stay anywhere else. It is probably one of the best rental properties on the Cape.

Great vacation week! Gracious and attentive host. House was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortably accommodated the 7 of us including 2 young children. Beautiful pool with resort furniture and nice outdoor eating area. Perfect location: walking distance to quiet beach, town, tennis, bike trail and playground. And complete guide provided which included helpful hints on where to eat and how to use everything. We would definitely return!

Claudine is a real pro and manages this 5-star property like a luxury resort. It would be hard to stay anywhere else in Chatham with this level of service. This spotless and well-equipped property was perfect for our family with plenty of space for sleep, work, and play. Pool table and games for raining days and pool and basketball for the sunny days - the spa and fire pit were nice bonuses.

We walked into town and to the beach but also enjoyed meals on the property - kitchen was very well stocked and the grill was perfect. We never had to guess where things were or how they worked as Claudine is also an expert list and label maker ;)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure!

We had a lovely vacation & could not have asked for a better place for our family to stay. The owners are extremely responsive and willing to help with any needs (replaced an exterior light bulb within 24 hours and even mailed back a blow dryer my grandparents left). House is extremely neat & clean -- I am VERY particular and even I felt comfortable. House is stocked with many useful items (shampoo, shaving cream, batteries, plastic bags, etc.). Pool and hot tub were so relaxing, and the backyard is beautiful! Grill was perfect for our BBQ. Excellent location -- quiet, and you can walk to town, playground and Oyster Pond Beach. If we vacation in Chatham again, there is no question we would rent here. Thanks for making our trip so special!

"Could not be happier"

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. We stayed for two weeks for a close to home change of scenery during travel restrictions caused by COVID.

The house is exactly as shown, meticulously clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and maintained and the owners have really thought of everything.

The location is amazing with close proximity to Chatham Pier and Lighthouse, downtown Chatham, beaches, bike trail and easy day trips throughout the Cape. I enjoyed early walks to catch sunrise at the beach and then we had short drives to enjoy sunsets throughout the Cape.

The pool and outdoor amenities are high quality and well maintained. The hot tub and propane fire pit were perfect as they allowed us to be outside during the colder part of our stay as we went during the first two weeks of September and the weather was brisk for much of our stay.

Most importantly, the owners were exceptional to work with. They answered all questions prior to our booking, before our arrival and during our stay. They were accessible and clearly wanted to make sure we had a positive experience.

This experience was absolutely worth the investment and I hope we have the opportunity to go again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Chatham. The house is perfectly located between the town and the shore. Also within easy reach of many other towns, beaches and kettle ponds. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and bbq areas. Lots of space to hang around in. Comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Claudine is very responsive and easy to work with.

My husband and I brought our 2 daughters to Chatham early summer and stayed in Claudine's beautiful cape house. It was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate and very organized, beds were very comfortable and the backyard takes the cake with the stunning pool/spa. We spent most of our time outside or in the pool and my 5 year old was so sad to leave. We will be back for years to come! Thank you, Claudine!!

We had an amazing trip to Chatham over the holidays. Claudine was a gracious host and the house is perfect for families. It is well-equipped with all the creature comforts of home and everything is well-labeled. The location is perfect with downtown Chatham a short walk away. We especially enjoyed the basketball court and while we were there in the off-season and didn't get to use the pool or outdoor fire pit, I can only imagine how great it must be in the summer. "Best Week in Chatham"

I can"t say enough about our week at this home in Chatham. Where to begin?! The house is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Each room is stocked with everything you need including everything for the kitchen and many more little details you don't get in other rental homes. The home exceeded my expectations in many ways. Now the outdoor area takes it to the next level. Right out the back door, there is a patio with a perfect dining and seating area with an awesome fire pit and grill. The pool is absolutely amazing and looks like a resort. We spent hours at the pool daily - again very clean and comfortable and stocked with floats and toys. The location of the home was perfect. We could walk to everything- town, beach, CBI, a park for the kids. Finally, the owners were wonderful to deal with. So organized and helpful. They were extremely responsive whenever we had a question and took care of anything we needed right away. They gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, activities and shopping too. It was such a lovely experience and I truly hope we can rent the same home next year- and everyone in my family would agree! Thank you Claudine and Chris!!

We have been vacationing on the Cape in rentals for 21 years and this rental has been the best we ever stayed in. Where to start....the pictures are spot on. The decor is tasteful and when you walk in, you feel like you're home. The house is completely supplied with every single thing you could forget, and then some. Bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The laundry room is AMAZING!!! Clean and enough space for five teenagers/young adults wanting to be spread out.

The pool and hot tub werw a HUGE hit with everyone. Walk up laps, endless monkey in the middle and football water games. Cooling off after long day at the beach, nighttime swims and hot tub wind downs, finishing with wine and cheese by the fire pit. Large BBQ. The grounds are beautifully manicured and each space has inviting qualities. Pool area has three umbrellas, loungers like a spa retreat, table for eating plus patio area with table chairs BBQ and fire pit area. We didn't want to leave the house as we spent most of hours at the property. Why leave....it's ALL here. We plan on returning next year, same week and CAN'T WAIT!!! I promise you, you won't be disappointed!!!

The attention to detail is so well done, that everything is labeled, EVERYTHING. What lights are for, what's stored in each cabinet and closet, etc. I consider myself organized but this house takes the prize on organization. Also has board games (candy and player nightly with my adult kids) and cards gin rummy matches, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella— it's all there.

Beautiful house in the quintessential cape cod beach town of Chatham. The house is equipped with every imaginable amenity from heated pool/hot tub with floats and water games; basketball court; fire pit on the porch; pool table for the rainy days; and fully stocked kitchen for family meals. The proximity to the Chatham bars inn; stores and dining of downtown Chatham; and the anglers ball field provides options for activities for every member of the group. The heated pool topped the list of our favorite activity! Highly recommend this property! It will provide a backdrop for an unforgettable vacation.

"Beautiful & updated 4 bedroom home close to town"

This home has been beautifully updated but still has all the charm of the Cape! There are two, spacious master suites as well as two additional bedrooms. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open to each other and create a perfect flow for entertaining. The game room in the basement with pool table is so great for kids. Plenty of outdoor space with a patio, in-ground pool and small basketball court. This house really had it all!

"Spectacular!"

This is a beautifully renovated Cape Cod style home with the conveniences of a beach cottage. Seriously, the nicest hardwood floors in any rentals I've encountered. Spacious, immaculate, and smartly decorated, you will feel like you are vacationing in style. The beach and Main Street are a very short walk away. Everything you would need in the kitchen is already there for cooking, serving, etc. Bathrooms were also tastefully renovated. Claudine was very helpful and attentive during our entire stay, although everything was so perfect that I never needed to contact her! I absolutely would rent this home again, and hope I have the chance to do so very soon.

“AMAZING house beautifully decorated and close to everything!”

My parents and my family recently spent a week in Chatham for my sisters wedding who was getting married at the Chatham bars inn. This house was absolutely perfect for our family as my parents like their “space” while still being close to the kids. The upstairs master gave them all of that and much more, and they couldn’t have been happier! My family (3yo, 6yo, husband and I, plus our nanny) has more than enough space downstairs as well. Everything in this house is so well thought of and immaculately decorated. And the back yard!! Large yard, amazing fire pit, and beautifully landscaped. The owner, Claudine, provided lots of toys, beach chairs, coolers, etc so that we didn’t need to pick up anything as it was already there. Even inside, there all the essentials there that normally you have to run out to buy (coffee, laundry/dishwasher detergent, paper towels & plates!! Every morning we did a run to the Fish pier, CBI, Main Street and back home. You can walk to all that is good in Chatham. Everyone in my family expressed how much they LOVED this house and how we’d all like to comeback again next summer. The house and it’s proximity to everything in Chatham is unbeatable! Thank you for having us Claudine! Well be back!

"A beautiful home in a perfect location = wonderful vacation!"

This well-appointed home left our three generation family wanting for nothing and instead allowed us an opportunity to spend quality time together. The layout is great for bringing folks together and at the same time allowing others to find spots to enjoy quiet time. We loved gathering around the large patio table for happy-hour and meals and enjoyed the fire pit as well. The owners understand what it is like to rent a place - they labeled everything so we knew where it went and knew what switch turned on what light etc. If you needed a hook to put your towel it was there, and there was plenty of closet and storage space so that we didn't have to live out of our suitcases or trip over our belongings. And we could walk to our favorite places - the Fish Pier, Chatham Bars Inn, beaches, church, restaurants, and town. We have rented in Chatham for many years and feel so fortunate to have found this gem of a home. We cannot wait to return!

We had a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. It is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare and serve a meal. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outdoor patio has a large table and beautiful firepit which we enjoyed in the evenings. And the location is so convenient to everything! The owners were very responsive, and helpful. We hope to rent this again for sure!

We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, and the house has everything you could possibly need. The owner has taken great care to ensure that the home is spotless and well maintained. You will have everything you need if you stay here. I was so impressed with the quality of the kitchen amenities - first classic in every detail - which is unusual in a rental property. Our family (which included three children) stayed during a full week of wind and rain, yet we were never bored. The house has a pool table and multiple televisions if that is your thing . We were within walking distance of the water, Chatham Bars Inn and a delightful local market. We had a nice walk into the town one afternoon when the weather was tolerable. We have rented multiple times in various places through VRBO and this is one of the best. I recommend it highly to anyone who is considering the Cape - even in off-season. It was delightful. Can't wait to get back.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Outstanding lay out with privacy for all guests - master bedrooms one on main floor and one upstairs, along with queen and bunk rooms. Serene decor with lovely colors and just the right touch! Fabulous kitchen, pool table room, and backyard!

We were a party of nine- two families meeting for the Thanksgiving holiday and the house had all the right spaces for us to spread out and relax as well as come together as one large group. Not only does this impeccably clean and beautifully decorated house come with everything you need to establish a home away from home, it is all neatly organized and labeled with locations and instructions. Every question that came to mind was answered almost as you thought of it. The owners have thought of everything and were super easy to communicate with.

The runners and walkers in our group loved the location for getting in some cardio and the shoppers loved it for the close proximity to Chatham’s town center. We had an excellent first trip to Cape Cod- in large part due to choosing to stay here!

This was a beautiful Chatham home, close to beaches and the downtown area. The kitchen was very well equipped, furnishings were beautiful and comfy. House was extremely clean. Claudine was wonderful to work with and very responsive. There was a beautiful back yard that our family enjoyed together and a nice fire pit and basketball court out there. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

"Beautiful Home in a Great Location"

We stayed at this wonderful home in Chatham this summer and loved it! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It has all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Having four bedrooms, including the two very large master bedrooms, all with very comfortable mattresses, as well as the various living spaces (living room with a TV, sun room, and basement with a pool table, sectional, and TV) make it a great size for one or two families or three or four couples to be able to spread out when spending time in the house. We especially loved hanging out on the patio around the fire pit, where we grilled fresh fish from the Chatham Fish Pier (five-minute walk) and ate at the large outdoor dining table. There was plenty for kids to do too. They loved the pool table inside and running around outside, playing catch in the huge lawn, and shooting hoops in the basket-ball net. Also, the location is great! We were able to walk everywhere. It's about a 10-minute walk to downtown Chatham for shopping, Oyster Pond beach, the Chatham Anglers games, and Chatham Bars Inn for cocktails overlooking the ocean. The owners were very friendly and responsive and gave us several helpful tips about where to go and what restaurants to choose, etc. We hope to stay here again in the future!

"Chatham Escape"

This home provides the perfect backdrop for a Cape Cod escape. As you are walking distance from the beach, or Chatham Bars Inn, or the Angler's field or the quaint shopping district of Chatham, there is truly something for everyone. The house provides ample room for every guest to have their "own space" but the outdoor dining and fire pit area or the pool table or the large dining room or the basketball court outside creates optimal areas for gathering as well. The attention to detail for comfort is evident from beautifully decorated bedrooms; to the bedding; to the features in the bathrooms; or flat screen TVs in the bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked to meet any cooking challenge or menu. This property is highly recommended for families with children or groups of friends looking for an ideal Cape Cod escape where life long memories will be made, looking forward to returning soon.

We stayed here in July and had a wonderful time. The house is immaculate and in a perfect location -- you can walk to town, restaurants, Chatham Bars Inn, and beaches. Not only was the location ideal, but the house itself was beautifully (and comfortably) furnished and decorated, with a wonderful patio and fire pit. It was so nice to spend evenings outside under the starlit sky. Another nice thing about this house is that it can fit a lot of people (there's even a great kids room) in a way that still allows for privacy. With a basketball hoop, pool table, and plenty of televisions, we didn't even want to leave some days. I should also mention that the owner was really terrific and helpful, and we never experienced the confusion we've sometimes had in other rentals (trying to figure out where things were or how to work appliances and such). We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chatham.
