This home also features a brand new outdoor hot tub where you can relax and look at the stars. On the deck there is a natural gas grill and table and chairs set. Beach toys, beach chairs, high chairs & a pack n play are also provided along with plenty of toys, puzzles, books, and movies to keep the kids entertained. This is the perfect family getaway home with something for everyone!

There are 3 nice size bedrooms with an additional den with a queen sleeper sofa accommodations similar to a 4 bedroom home. On the lower level there is a ‘fun space’ to play pool, ping pong, air hockey and foosball!

The location is ideal to enjoy everything Chatham has to offer. Just a quick drive to Schoolhouse Pond, Lighthouse Beach, Nantucket Sound Beaches, Chatham Village and Chatham A's Baseball games.

Enjoy the popular Hanger Restaurant at Chatham airport just down the road and the bike trail as well. Oyster Pond is a great place for the family to spend the day with 2 float docks to swim out to and jump off. Fun, Fun, Fun!
