    Beautiful neighborhood, cozy cottage

    We love the area - the creek at the end of the road is so picturesque. The beach is a short walk. The cottage itself is so cute and comfortable. It made a great home base for our extra long Memorial Day weekend. Can't wait to go back!

    Perfect Getaway!

    My husband and I rented this property last summer to celebrate his birthday, and our anniversary on the Cape -and we had the best vacation of our lives. It's the perfect getaway for sure! We loved the lay out, and the views were a delight! There's definitely enough room for a family as well. We loved the outside shower and we were thrilled that our dog could join us as well. We all had a fabulous time and hope to return again and again!

    David and I live in Chatham year round and enjoy meeting new people each summer as they visit our property. We have welcomed back return tenants and have become friends with some. David's family has been in Chatham for several generations ans we are happy to be able to share the properties with our tenants.

    David owns a tree business and I work at the local high school as the school adjustment counselor.

    What is special about this property?
    The house has a lovely view of Nantcucket Sound and the sunsets are beautiful. It is close to Hardings Beach and there is also a neighborhood dock on Buck's Creek. From the dock you can kayak in the creek or out to Nantucket Sound. We have two kayaks available for use by tenants.

    What is special about your town?
    Chatham is a picturesque village with great dining and shopping. We have a bike trail that goes from Dennis to Wellfleet and have access to many beautiful beaches.
