There are also two ponds in the Riverbay neighborhood - Trout Pond and Pickerel Pond - great for kayaking and leisurely freshwater fishing. Enjoy deeded rights to these ponds and the Monomoy River flowing to Pleasant Bay. Ideal neighborhood with quiet tree-lined streets for walking, biking, running - very safe for children and dogs. You are also welcome to store bikes and kayaks in the large 2 car garage during your stay. <br />

Dogs will love running around the yard and the neighborhood is very safe for walks. Conservation trails also nearby for more exploring! <br />
