We stayed for a week and wished we stayed for the whole Summer. The place was perfect for us as a couple and was very clean and nicely appointed with comfy bed, beautiful sunlight, great kitchen and grilling station and outdoor seating for evening dinners and morning reading. Literally steps from one of the most QUIET and beautiful sandy beach area of the entire Chatham area; morning walks and sunset strolls EVERY day we were there. Owner was excellent with pre-check in communications and never bothered with us while we stayed (but did check to see that we were having a good time mid week). The two reserved parking spots right in front were a plus and made loading and unloading a breeze. We had such a fun stay so close to town but far enough where we could quietly relax.

This is a perfect getaway spot. Great location with a two minute walk to a private beach, easy walk to public beach, or short, walk to town. The place was spotless, with everything you would need for a vacation. It has a beautiful deck on the back providing peeks of the ocean, perfect for pre dinner cocktails and dinner. It has a wonderful front porch with two Adirondack chairs perfect for your morning coffee. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone. I loved it so much I am renting it again.

We just got back from staying here and it was perfect! It was clean, welcoming, and in a perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Everything that we could possibly need while on vacation was here. Lynnette was wonderful to deal with and helped us out so much with anything that we needed even before we asked for it. We highly recommend this property for any length of stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

This is a great condo located right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our two-week stay and is a nice walk from downtown. Lynnette was easy to contact and made the renting process simple. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our week at this condo equipped with everything we needed. The condo had ample room for all 5 of us and was bright, comfortable and very clean. The beach setting couldn't be better for relaxing, walking and cooling off in the crystal clear waters.

Our family of four had such a great time at this condo. It's in the perfect location to enjoy the entire Cape, however, you could also spend the week at the beach just steps away from the condo. We have two teenage kids and the beach was perfect for all of us. Not many people at all and it changed with the tides which kept it interesting. There were families with young kids there as well and the beach was perfect for them too as there was a shallow warm area complete with hermit crabs and small fish to catch.

The surrounding area is beautiful. I recommend checking out the Monomoy National wildlife refuge which is right down the street. It was also easy to walk to town which has a ton of cute shops and restaurants.

Lynnette was a great host. She was always available for questions. She even had a helpful binder with menus and things to do.

Chatham is such a cute town with a bunch of shops and restaurants. You can rent bikes to get around town if you don't want to walk. It's a great location that allowed us to go whale watching, explore the rest of the Cape from P-town to Hyannis, go on a day trip into Boston and fish.

The views are beautiful! I would definitely recommend this condo! It was nice to cook and grill when we didn't feel like going out.

This place will always be special to me since I got engaged on the private beach a week ago!

We stayed at this property at the beginning of the summer this year and we absolutely loved our stay! We especially loved the facts that the property is very well decorated and furnished to provide maximum comfort and that it is in such proximity to so many things to do at the Cape!

Additionally, Lynnette was a great host. We appreciated her promptness in responding to our questions. She went an extra mile to provide us plenty of information about the area and the things to do.

We had never stayed at the Cape before and having stayed at this property has made us want to come back often. We'll surely be renting it again!

Great unit in a nice quiet area. Plenty of space, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Walked the beach a few times, condo was located in a great area for the things we did around the Cape. We really enjoyed our time here.

We had a great time fishing, kayaking, biking and relaxing. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets along the beach. Everything was in close distance and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable furnishings.

Lynnette was a great host. She made the process effortless. We hope to return.

What a wonderful spot to forget about all your troubles. The condo was very clean with all the supplies you need in a well stocked kitchen. There are two good sized bedrooms that worked out perfectly for us and the other couple we stayed with. Having two bathrooms was a wonderful bonus. The beach was so quiet and beautiful. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Quick ride or walk to the Fish Pier to buy fresh seafood to eat or cook at home. I enjoyed a running route i found that incorporated Monomoy National Wildlife Refuge, just around the corner. Beach at the end of the property means you can park yourself all day long, but easily go back and forth for snacks, drinks, etc. Lynnette, the owner, was wonderful! We will definitely stay there again.

This condo was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and another couple. Two full baths is definitely a plus. Condo was spotless when we arrived. 2 parking spots right in front of the condo make for easy access. Perfect location. Easy short walk to the beach. Everything you need is right nearby. Full kitchen to prepare meals when you want to stay in and close to all the excellent dining Chatham and the area have to offer when you want to go out. Lynnette is very pleasant and easy to work with. Definitely plan on returning!

We enjoyed our long weekend relaxing at this lovely condo in Chatham. Very comfortable and perfect for a nice getaway. Great amenities and spacious enough for 4-6 people. Excellent location; very short walk to the gorgeous beach. Great spot to unwind and relax!

We stayed three nights here and it was wonderful. We slept well, very quiet and comfortable, and walked the beach every morning. The condo is well appointed and immaculately clean. The location is perfect for the beach and an easy walk to town. We will be back!

We had such an incredible week! Loved the condo - setup was great for our family of 4. The beach here is absolutely breathtaking and we loved that the condo was right on the water so we could come and go throughout the day if we wanted. It was the best, relaxing vacation we've had in awhile. Perfect!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach is seconds away and very expansive. It's in a great location- very close to Lighthouse Beach, the Chatham Fish Pier and downtown. Nice area to walk, run or take a bike ride.

Our first time vacationing in Chatham. We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful views of the ocean. Everything was close by: Chatham Light, Chatham village, and the Fish pier. We had a comfortable stay and nice weather.

My husband rented in July and the condo was perfect for us , fantastic location ,60 steps to water clean and bright condo . We would definitely rent again this condo has been our best rental for us and we've been renting in Chatham for years. Lynette was very accommodating.

We spent an amazing weekend (4 in total) and had a wonderful time! The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. This couldn't be a more fantastic location for any season. We visited in the winter, and we are planning our summer week there with our children.
