We had a great stay in this home for an off season week in September! It's a great location between Harwich and Chatham, and we loved being able to walk to the bike trail and beach. The house was a perfect layout for our two kids and dog, with the bedrooms all on one floor but lots of toys and space to run in the basement for those rainy afternoons. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and Yulia was so responsive and helpful- I'm looking forward to staying again!

It is a quick ride to downtown Chatham and downtown Harwich, both of which have great shopping and eating! Also being able to get to bike trail without having to get in car and park was such a bonus! Also loved the location because it is central for day and evening trips to Orleans, Eastham area or Dennis, Hyannis area. The neighborhood is quiet and street behind house was great for walking my dog. Which brings up "my dog", love that she was welcome at this rental, she loved the fenced yard just like she has at home! Loved the game room and how it opened up to fire pit area, so much to do without even leaving the home! Deck was a great space for daily meals! Central air a plus for those muggy Cape days. The homeowners were so nice to communicate with, loved the welcome bottle of wine and this was the fastest I ever received my security deposit back, only three days later! Also even though I am mentioning last it is one of the things most important to me, it is very clean!!! Don't let the fact that she accepts dogs make you think you will know dogs have been there, we arrived to no dog fur anywhere and it smelled clean and fresh, so if you don't have a furry friend this is still a place for you! I cant wait to rent again next year, this cottage is everything the description says and more, it will not disappoint!! show more show less

We stayed at this house for the first time this summer and hope it won't be the last! It is by far the best family vacation home we have rented. Yulia thought of everything! Such attention to detail made "vacationing" with two under 5 more enjoyable than we expected. Walking into the house after a beach trip or from biking, felt much more like walking into a home rather than just a typical rental cottage. Perks for us were definitely the air conditioning (it was extremely humid the week we were there), washer/dryer (little kids!) and the finished basement was a great place for our kids to play and have some space. The fenced in backyard also proved its worth as our kids played outside a lot and we didn't have to worry too much about them. The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were all very comfortable for vacationing. We visited several places that Yulia suggested and were incredibly pleased with everything. I stayed at the Murray house with a friend in Chatham for a week. We had a fabulous time. I was worried about the long range forecast with rain, and Yulia said not to worry, it changes daily, and she was so right. We couldn't have ordered a better forecast – sunny and in the mid-high 70's every day.

Yulia recommended several places to eat and hike, and some beaches with detailed information. Whenever I texted her to ask a question, she responded quickly. The house was very comfortable with central air and a wonderful new outdoor shower, which we took advantage of every day. It had all the comforts of home with high end appliances and everything one needs, especially in the kitchen, beautiful bedding, comfortable beds and linens. We had our coffee out on the deck every morning listening to the birds.

The homeowner also supplied all beach accessories needed: beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. There was a game room downstairs, but we did not use it because we were enjoying all the beaches, hikes and some shopping. This is a great vacation rental and I would recommend it to everyone. 5 star treatment.

We loved staying at the Murrays' home! Yulia was a great host, providing thoughtful personal touches that made us feel welcome. The house was clean and well-supplied. Our kids loved playing in the basement rec room! We all enjoyed eating our meals outside on the deck (it felt like we were in a treehouse) and we LOVED sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and the neighbors/neighborhood was friendly.

The house is in a great location - just steps from the rail trail and easy driving to downtown Chatham and the beaches. I appreciated Yulia's recommendations for area restaurants and activities. This house worked so well for our family (parents, two kids aged 3 and 6, and a grandma, plus aforementioned medium-sized dog). We would come again! show more show less

This house was just perfect for our family. The fenced in yard was just great for the children and also our golden retriever! The house was everything that we had hoped for and more. We had plenty of room inside and loved using the outdoor deck, patio and especially the outdoor shower. The finished basement with all of the entertainment equipment was fantastic. We loved the short walk to the trail and the short drive to the beach.

The owners couldn't have been nicer and were readily available at all times. Something came up at the house that needed to be addressed and they took care of it right away with the least amount of disruption to our vacation. We hope for the opportunity to come back next year as we truly loved everything about this house and the owners. Miss it already! show more show less

After a year of not traveling, this gem was just what our family of four needed! Yulia was an exceptional host, checking-in regularly to see if we needed anything and always available in case we did. The home itself was perfect! Very clean and beautifully kept. The basement recreation room proved to be a lifesaver, as we hit a week with poor weather. The fenced-in yard was wonderful for our dog and playing fetch...and he especially loved the back-door neighbor who gave him treats! The home is just a short walk from the bike trail, and we walked just a mile down the road to the beach often. I would absolutely stay here again. show more show less

We couldn't be happier with our experience. The house is very conveniently located - close to Forest Beach and Harding Beach, close to the bike path, and a short drive away from Chatham center, downtown Harwich Port and supermarkets. Everything is super clean and functional: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, deck, etc. The extra space in the finished basement, with a home office area, is a plus. On top of that, the owners are wonderful people who really care about the comfort of their guests. />

Gorgeous Cape home, beautifully decorated w/ nautical decor! Sparkling clean with plenty of room for our family of 4 that includes 2 young adult children. Fenced in yard was perfect for our pups and our peace of mind! Kitchen is stocked everything you'll need for cooking and then some!! Beautiful back deck! Game room downstairs with pool table and air hockey plus extra full bathroom and pull out sofa was a plus! Laundry on site and 4 beach chairs were a plus, since we didn't have to pack ours! Yulia was great to rent from and went above and beyond every step of the way! Her recommendations helped us plan things to do in the area! House is so close to Forest Beach, which is one of our new favorite spots! Lots to do in Chatham and we felt so close to everything! We really loved this home and the Chatham area!
