We just finished a 2 week stay at this home and the description of the property was spot on and its location was perfect! Pete and Lisa (the owners) were great to work with in preparing for our visit and during the 2 weeks that we were there they responded to our questions and assisted us immediately.

The home was well appointed and the finishes were amazing. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us.

We have already spoken to Lisa about our next rental!

Our experience by far was simply amazing. From beginning to end the owners were extremely welcoming, professional and super accommodating. Upon arrival and seeing first hand how large the yard was and all it had to offer far exceeded our expectations. Walking into this immaculate well appointed quintessential Cape Cod home was so rejuvenating, inviting us in and giving us an immediate relaxing positive vacation vibe. The well appointed kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we would ever need. The large bathrooms and air conditioned bedrooms were perfect. The large 2nd floor back deck was a calm delight which we thoroughly took advantage of while sipping our morning coffee and enjoying the ocean view and also taking in the quiet starry sky during the evenings. Steps away from Ridgevale Beach.

The garage had many fun beach equipment that accommodated many of our needs. The private outdoor shower was modern and nicer than most typical ones you would find in a hotel, and having the side outdoor staircase go directly to the second floor bathroom was convenient. We used the washer and dryer once and it was just another added bonus to the comfort and ease of our stay. So if your family is looking to find a way to enjoy the beach, Chatham, and all that the Cape has to offer, look no further than here. My family loved staying in this quintessential and upgraded Cape house. The location is perfect walking distance (less than a 2 minute walk) to Ridgevale beach. We lucked out with the weather and had the best time.

The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor shower is perfect as well. The owners are very attentive and responsive, and we would definitely come back.

This home was comfortable, clean, and had everything our family needed. The proximity to Ridgevale Beach was ideal. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on our morning beach walks and our 3 young children loved exploring the tide pools. The large yard was perfect for games and the drive to the restaurants and shops in Chatham and Harwichport was quick and easy. We would love to return to this home again!

Recently stayed at this perfect cottage in Chatham. It is just steps to Ridgevale Beach, which had all that you could ask for - great swimming, sailboat rentals and even a snack bar (get the milkshake - you won't regret it). The house itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was a hot weekend but the window a/c units kept the house nice and cool. Can't wait to come back next summer!

My wife and I stayed at this cottage recently for a long weekend. It was spacious, updated, and immaculate! We just stayed in the master bedroom, but the other bedrooms looked great too! We also had some friends over for dinner outside, and there's a nice new grill. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. Overall, it was a perfect getaway - hard to ask for more than what this cottage gave us!
