Perfect Chatham vacation location and perfect house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, comfortable house. The location was convenient for us to bike, go to area beaches, shop and visit family in West Dennis. We made use of the grill several times and enjoyed outdoor dining on the deck. Ted's list of suggested restaurants and other local businesses was helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend renting this home!

This home was wonderful, immaculate, well appointed, lots of great outdoor space, close to many different beaches, and convenient to all kinds of activities. Owner was great and always available for questions. Highly recommend this property.

It's difficult to know where to start:
We've been coming to Chatham area for 50+ years.
This year's experience was , by far, the best in so many ways:
The cottage was immaculate, updated and stocked with all items that many rentals are lacking: lots of linens ( the beds were all made!)/ "tons" of towels , etc.--extra trash bags, dish/ laundry soap.
The large, gorgeous back yard was a haven for the family ( grandchildren) replete with a hammock in the shady tree! There was a spacious deck/ patio and excellent grill with large tables --loved eating and socializing !
Fresh water Goose Pond was a hop away -so perfect for the toddlers, though Schoolhouse Pond, around the corner was our favorite!
Of course, any number of the ocean beaches are minutes away, also.
Part of our family has returned to their home in Africa , but they still are reliving the dream of this home!

This was a great rental home. The house is beautiful with a great yard. Huge firepit and lots of seating for outside entertaining. Walking distance to Goose Pond which was very clean and had a little beach area where you can relax. The house is in a great location close to beaches and downtown Chatham. Huge smart TV and easy access to the internet and all of our streaming accounts. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. This house was freshly painted with new furniture-very tasteful. The kitchen had all the equipment one would need to prepare a wide range of meals. The deck was easily accessible and overlooked a beautiful, private yard. The bike path was easily accessible without the need to ride on a busy road.

Ted was a terrific host - very accessible and ready to answer all questions. The house is newly renovated, beautifully furnished, well laid-out and had everything we needed. Loved walking to the pond for a swim and having the bike path so close by. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This house is amazing. It was flawlessly updated and the perfect location, right across from a pond. We can't wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Recently renovated property. Everything is new, clean and perfectly decorated for the Cape. Air conditioning throughout the house. Convenience of all appliances including washer/dryer. Unlike most summer rentals bed linens and towels are included. Pretty corner lot on dead end street with view of Goose Pond. Easy walk to pond. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Would highly recommend this property especially for a family.

This is a very comfortable and recently renovated house (nicer than current pictures suggest). The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was also very responsive and very easy to work with.

The yard was large for the kids to play in and there were some lawn games that they also enjoyed. Goose pond is just down a hill (an easy walk) and Schoolhouse pond is an easy drive around the corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Ted's house!
