There is a large above ground pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower to enjoy after returning home from the beach. Home is on a quiet dirt road but nearby to easy access to Ridgevale Beach and all Chatham has to offer. Volunteer Park across the street has a skate park as well as a playground. Hop right on the bike trail across the street for a short ride to the airport or downtown Chatham with access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

    Great house for west coast visitors!

    Tucked away off a busy street sits this great spot. It was quiet, the yard was large with a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, and the pool was such a bonus for my CA kids who seem to prefer pool to beach sand! The house was stocked with floats and sand toys and beach chairs which made going to the beach quite easy. It was an easy stroll down to Marion's for the delicious pastries (which we did quite a few times) and their savory treats. The bike trail was perfect for a walk for ice cream post dinner! The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We were quite comfortable with my family of 5 and my sister. The ping pong table was a definite bonus! The beaches were a quick drive. Ridgevale was close, plenty of parking and a snack shack so you could eat there. It was also easy to get over to town to watch some Cape Cod baseball or get some excellent New England seafood at Chatham Fish Market (bonus seal watching as well!)     Fantastic Stay and Fantastic Hosts

    Our family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The house was sparkling clean, spacious enough for everyone to spread out, well equipped with supplies and in a terrific location. You're a minute from the rail trail, walking distance to Marion's, and less than a mile from Ridgevale Beach. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and also sparkling clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a ping pong table in the basement!     Had an amazing week at this house! Bright, clean, nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were key. The house being right across the street from the bike trail allowed us to jump on and go for a casual ride at any time. There was also a playground and skate park across the street. Quick ride to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ownership was super helpful/responsive with any questions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

    P.s. if you take a right onto the bike trail there is a "secret" pond and beach that the kids loved. show more show less

    We loved this property. Everything about it was enjoyable and relaxing with a beachy relaxing feel. We've rented several houses through the last few years in Chatham and this place will be our favorite. Definitely 5 stars!

    Lovely home with everything you need- perfect location

    What a wonderful and spacious home for our family vacation. The owners have thought of everything and the location can't be beat. Right by the bike trail - many ponds and delicious Marion's Pie Shop. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.

    Owners are very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend this property.
