Our stay at this house in Chatham was nothing short of spectacular! The outdoor space was top notch – the hot tub, pool, and yard games provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults. We spent tons of time in the back yard grilling and hanging out at the fire pit. There was also an outdoor shower which was great to have after a day at the beach.

The house has a spacious layout, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. All of us could enjoy our favorite activities without feeling cramped. The basement was equipped with tons of games that kept us entertained for hours. It was the perfect spot for friendly competitions and family bonding. The combo of indoor and outdoor space was perfect.

The beach being just a mile away was a major plus, and the proximity to the bike path was a nice option for exploring the scenic surroundings .

The property owners were very attentive. They helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We plan on returning next summer! show more show less

Quaint cape style house on a quiet street.

Clean with a great pool, hot tub and deck.

We have stayed multiple times and have enjoyed each stay.

Tucked away off a busy street sits this great spot. It was quiet, the yard was large with a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, and the pool was such a bonus for my CA kids who seem to prefer pool to beach sand! The house was stocked with floats and sand toys and beach chairs which made going to the beach quite easy. It was an easy stroll down to Marion's for the delicious pastries (which we did quite a few times) and their savory treats. The bike trail was perfect for a walk for ice cream post dinner! The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We were quite comfortable with my family of 5 and my sister. The ping pong table was a definite bonus! The beaches were a quick drive. Ridgevale was close, plenty of parking and a snack shack so you could eat there. It was also easy to get over to town to watch some Cape Cod baseball or get some excellent New England seafood at Chatham Fish Market (bonus seal watching as well!) We had a wonderful time at Ashlee's house in Chatham. We were a group of 4 sisters who took our Mother up to the Cape to celebrate her 75th birthday. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Check-in was super easy, and Ashlee had all the amenities we could have asked for and more. We did not take advantage of the pool since it was October, but did use the hot tub and the fire pit in the cooler evenings - which was very nice. The location of the house was very convenient to town, but situated in a quieter area. A couple of us hopped on the bike trail across the street for an early morning ride and were not disappointed. The scenery is beautiful and the trail is well maintained. I highly recommend Ashlee's home if you are looking for a get away that feels indulgent and relaxing. show more show less

Our family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. The house was sparkling clean, spacious enough for everyone to spread out, well equipped with supplies and in a terrific location. You're a minute from the rail trail, walking distance to Marion's, and less than a mile from Ridgevale Beach. The pool and hot tub are in excellent condition and also sparkling clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a ping pong table in the basement! Had an amazing week at this house! Bright, clean, nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub were key. The house being right across the street from the bike trail allowed us to jump on and go for a casual ride at any time. There was also a playground and skate park across the street. Quick ride to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ownership was super helpful/responsive with any questions. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

P.s. if you take a right onto the bike trail there is a "secret" pond and beach that the kids loved. show more show less

We loved this property. Everything about it was enjoyable and relaxing with a beachy relaxing feel. We've rented several houses through the last few years in Chatham and this place will be our favorite. Definitely 5 stars!

What a wonderful and spacious home for our family vacation. The owners have thought of everything and the location can't be beat. Right by the bike trail - many ponds and delicious Marion's Pie Shop. My kids loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor shower.

Owners are very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend this property.
