Just listed! Return to a simpler way of life. This 1940's cottage sits on a private, pinetreed, one-half-acre lot.

Inside, the large living area with kitchen includes a large screen Roku TV with cable and Internet. Comfortable seating in the living area includes a futon sofa that easily sleeps 2 extra guests. A newly remodeled shower and bathroom are convenient to the 2 bedrooms: one with a queen size bed, and the other with twin bunk beds and a single bed accommodating 3 in that room.

2 window air conditioners keep the entire spaces cool and comfortable
Outside is a conveniently located picnic table, gas grill, and firepit - as well as a hammock under a shading tree. Behind the cottage is an enclosed outdoor shower, a refreshing delight after a hot day at the beach.

Only a half mile at the end of the road is beautiful and family-friendly Ridgevale Beach. Chatham Center is less than 3 miles away with its unique shops, restaurants, and countless attractions.
