Your Chatham vacation for your group of up to 14 awaits! This multi-structure property is perfect for multiple families or larger multi-generational families. The house is ideally located. It's a mere five-minute walk to town and a two-minute walk to popular Oyster Pond Beach. Walk into town for dinner, band concerts and shopping. Don't forget the Chatham Anglers' Cape Cod League baseball games, also a short walk up the street. The best of Chatham is at your doorstep!
The main house consists of four bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms. The first level houses the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and multiple living spaces. The primary bedroom with a King bed is on this level along with the laundry. There's also an inviting covered porch to enjoy your morning coffee or evening dessert. You even have a peek of the water from the porch! Upstairs in the main house is where you'll find the second bedroom suite with a king bed along with a twin bed and a private full bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath. There's a queen bed in one and a full bed plus a twin in the other. Next door at the cottage you have a living room area, full kitchen and one bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a full bath in the cottage, of course. The final bedroom is in the studio on the other side of the cottage building with its own private access. The studio features a queen bed and full bath. The main gathering area is the new, spacious patio between the main house and cottage. There is an outdoor dining table along with plenty of seating for the whole crew. The property has a flat yard area that is ideal for lawn games as well. There's also an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill here. The property has high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV and is cooled by efficient split units in the main house and the cottage. There is also access to Oyster Pond across the street so bring (or rent) kayaks for easy access to a great waterway! It's hard to beat: spacious, comfortable accommodations for up to 14 in the heart of Chatham. Tell your friends! Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing.
