Full front-loading laundry with a half bath is also on this level directly off the kitchen. A quick walk through the garage (full of beach chairs, toys/yard games, bikes etc and space for your kayaks/paddleboards) leads you to a spacious enclosed outdoor shower perfect for a morning shower at sunrise or a rinse after a day on the beach.

The lower-level walk out has an expansive entertainment room replete with a large screen TV and ping pong table to allow for fun in the evenings and on rainy days. There is also an extra queen bed on this level for the college-aged children. Walk out the sliding glass door to a fire pit and outdoor seating area overlooking wooded conservation land. Perfect for the bird lovers.
