Main level has master bedroom with king bed and master half bathroom, corner bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with another queen bed and small desk. This level also has a full bathroom with tub.

Lower level has playroom/game room with seating area, futon for one person and another Smart TV. On the lower level, there is also bonus bedroom with bunk beds for kids or this room can be used as an office.
