Unique property offering a 4 bed 3 bath main house and a 3 bed 1.5 bath barn. The basement of the barn is set up as a Mexican cantina with a large bar and lots of table games. Both structures are completely gut renovated. It is centrally located south of Rt 28. The closest beach is 1 mile away. Downtown Chatham is just 5 minutes away and downtown Harwich is only 8.

The Main House: (4 Bed 3 Bath)

Kitchen: The 16 foot island is set up perfectly for entertaining. The kitchen features all brand new top of the line Thermador appliances. There is a 55 inch TV hung over a gas fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare any meal.

Living Room: Oversized leather sofa, 65 inch TV, Gas fireplace, desk to work from, and a sitting/reading area.

Master bedroom/bath: Large king sized bed. All marble master bathroom with large walkin shower and a double vanity.

Deck: large deck off the backside of the house with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen has a beverage center, BBQ grill, and a Blackstone grill. There is also a stone patio to sit and have a fire on.

Pool: Heated pool with lounge chairs. Also has a basket ball hoop and volleyball net.

The Barn: (3 Bed 1.5 Bath)

Living Area: Living area features a large 75 inch Tv, oversized leather sectional, table and seating for games, Wet bar with an Ice maker, dishwasher, sink, beverage center.

Sauna: 5 person dry sauna

Cantina Bar: The basement cantina bar features a large bar with ice maker, dishwasher, fridge. Has a 50 inch TV and foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard.
