Located steps away from the Outermost Marina (a Freedom Boat Club host) that offers boat shuttle service to North and South Beaches and seal tours. Take a pleasant one mile walk to town and visit the many shops and restaurants including the Chatham Squire, Wild Goose Tavern and Impudent Oyster, or stay put and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee on a rocker outside the front door.

If not an early riser, you can take in a beautiful sunset while grilling and sipping a cocktail or just relaxing on the private back deck that is equipped with an Adirondack dining table and outdoor sofa. The Chatham Bars Inn and all its restaurants are approximately one mile away and just beyond that is the famous Chatham Fish Pier with delectable fresh and cooked seafood. <br /> <br /> The viewing deck is a great spot to watch the local fishermen bring in the day"s catch and to observe the seals swimming about.
