Welcome to a sunfilled end unit condo 40 steps from a private beach in the Little Beach area. Just a half mile walk to Lighthouse Beach and a mile walk to the many shops and restaurants in Chatham village. Enjoy spectacular views from the private beach or walk to Monomoy wildlife refuge for a day of sighting or birdwatching.

The condo is an end unit so the is an extra side window for more light, view from the kitchen and privacy. Two parking spots are assigned in front of the unit. Two rocking chairs at the front of the unit for morning sunrise and coffee. There is a fully stocked kitchen renovated last fall. Seating at the counter and living room with reclining sofa and 43 inch mounted tv.

The loft has a full sized futon and workstation. There is a barn door that takes you to a bedroom with a full sized bed and dresser. The room has a slanted ceiling but plenty of clearance for a sleeping room. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, washer and dryer in closet, dresser and a slider to the deck.

The deck has an Adirondack dining table, outdoor sofa and grill. It has a view of the ocean. There is a play area next to the deck.

Linens are not provided but can be available for a fee. That includes the cleaner making the bed with the linens so it will be ready when you arrive. There are no pets or smoking allowed inside or outside the property.
