Dan's place is wonderful and a perfect location for staying in the Cape. Easy access to places near the Cape Cod National Shoreline as well as all the places west of Chatham like Harwich and Dennisport. The home is cozy, clean, and everything you need to spend time at the Cape.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Easy communication with Dan. Very quiet neighborhood , not too far from the beaches by car. The outdoor space is very pleasant and we love the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Bike trails is next to the house and loved our getaways in Chatham. We recommend without any hesitation.

We stayed with our 4 month old baby and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed (minus the pack n play we brought) to care for our daughter. Everything was clean and well cared for. The outdoor shower after a long day at the beach was absolutely my favorite part of the vacation.

As we were visiting family camping at Nickerson State Park, we did not explore the immediate area too much. However, we did enjoy the exceptional location to the rail trail and Marion's Pie Shop was a regular stop in the mornings. I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls. Get there early because they sell out.

We loved this charming Chatham Cottage. Dan was an attentive host, and was very easy to communicate with. 5 minute drive to Cockle Cove Beach, excellent location.

Quintessential cape property on a quiet, dead end street, minutes from Forest beach, and a short drive to everything else!

Very happy with location and house. Quiet spot very close to the bike path and beach. Access to shed to store bikes was an added bonus. House was clean and there were sufficient kitchen supplies, soap, and linens.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, it was indeed charming as the description suggests. Cozy, quiet, perfect setting for a relaxing stay!

The accommodations were the perfect winter getaway. The large kitchen table was perfect as my workstation. One of the few rentals that included a full length mirror. Wonderful nearby restaurants & easy delivery services using Instacart & Door Dash. Highly recommend Buca for dinner. Short drive to beautiful beaches in Chatham and Harwichport. The home was toasty warm the entire time despite the freezing temperatures outside. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with Dan was very easy with quick responses when needed.

This cottage was wonderfully located and a beautiful place to spend our week. The kitchen was well appointed (we were there over Thanksgiving) - I brought a lot of things from our own kitchen as I often find rentals lack for cooking tools but this home was ready for us. All the kitchen items we would need, extra blankets and towels, additional pillows - we wanted for nothing while we were there. We had a few small questions and Dan messaged us back immediately every time. Considering it was the holiday and we weren't dealing with anything urgent - his care and service was exceptional. I'd recommend any family looking for a quiet getaway on the Cape to stay here. It was truly a home away from home.
