Built in 1920, Lucy's Cottage is located in a quiet and prestigious North Chatham neighborhood and an easy stroll to three town landings - Scatteree (.2 miles), Cotchpinicut (.4), Cow Yard (.7). The property is 1.4 miles to Chatham Bars Inn and 3.8 miles to the Wequassett Resort and Golf Club. Main Street and Lighthouse Beach are within biking distance. Lucy’s Cottage is a spacious 2600 sq ft home with central A/C. The oversized separate lounge room is the perfect indoor gathering space for family and friends with a 13 ft (fully extended) dining table that comfortably seats 10 and includes sofas and a large TV. The family room off the kitchen is a second living area that offers a more intimate space including a cozy window seat with distant seasonal ocean views. A selection of books, puzzles and board games can be found in this room and are available for your enjoyment. The well-stocked kitchen features two Thermador ovens, lobster pots and everything you’ll need for perfect entertaining on summer nights.

The kitchen opens onto a stone patio, a multi-level historic garden, complete with a BBQ and fire pit. A small, flat grassy area is the perfect spot for afternoon refreshments and a game of croquet. A new outdoor shower has been added for the 2023 season.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.

All toilet paper will be provided for your stay and an essential starter kit will also include shampoo, conditioner, tissues, hand soap, dish soap, sponges, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, and laundry detergent.
