THE HOME;
This is a classic cape style home constructed in 2023! It is 1950 sq/ft with mostly new furnishings throughout. All mattresses are new (2023). All three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, providing each guest a lovely retreat.

FIRST FLOOR.....
*An open floor plan including the kitchen, dining and living area with a charming gas fireplace and a 55''Smart TV with Internet.
*A King bedroom with an ensuite full bath with a shower.
*A Powder Room (½ bath)
* Washer/Dryer behind barn style door.
*10 ft Sliding glass door/window unit in the dining area which opens to a large outdoor stone patio with cushioned lounge furniture and umbrella.
*The outdoor shower is conveniently located just outside the back door.
* Weber Gas Grill in back yard.

SECOND FLOOR;
* A common area with four swivel lounge chairs and a sliding glass door that opens to a 26 ft long upper deck with casual lounge furniture. There's a beautiful distant view of Stage Harbor. The canopy of a large maple tree hovers at this deck.
*King Bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sinks.
* Second upstairs bedroom has twin beds with its own bathroom with a tub/shower.
* Small desk in the common area.

This recently constructed home is a new retirement project for us. We took pride in furnishing and decorating it with fine taste and quality. We are excited to welcome you to The harbor House!

    Magnificent home on Stage Harbor!

    We couldn't have dreamed of finding a more charming and comfortable home than Harbor House! Our family of four had the most memorable week in July and thoroughly enjoyed every room in the house, as well as the patio and upstairs deck. The kitchen was incredible with every gadget, pot or pan you needed and so nice to have the entire family together with the spacious open floor plan. We loved how bright and sunny the Harbor House is, with so many large windows for the sun to shine!

    We spent lots of time together on the patio relaxing with our morning coffee, reading and playing the guitar! The outdoor furniture, the large umbrella and beautifully landscaped yard were such a delight! The upstairs deck was wonderful, as well with beautiful views of Chatham Harbor and amazing sunsets!

    The location of Harbor House is excellent! It is located on the most beautiful road in Chatham! The distance to Main Street and the Chatham Lighthouse Beach are both just under a mile, making it enjoyable to walk, run or bike while soaking in the picturesque sites along the way!

    The owners have designed and decorated the house to make you feel so comfortable and relaxed! The Harbor House has become our "Home Away From Home" and we are already looking forward to our next vacation on Stage Harbor!     show more show less

    Absolutely beautiful property and a wonderful location

    We just returned from our week at the Harbor House. Our family of four (kids 13 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed being the first guests at this magnificent place. We found the house to be even more beautiful than on the photos. It is sunny, light and bright, with carefully selected new furnishings and local decorations that brighten your mood. We enjoyed the many birds singing around the house, and the relaxing views from the 2nd floor master bedroom and the balcony. The layout of the house is wonderful - each bedroom is roomy, with a large closet and a bathroom with natural light. We found it a very happy place to be!

    The location is perfect! If you like to walk and bike, you will not need a car at all. We walked and biked daily to downtown Chatham, and to the Lighthouse beach (our son's favorite!). We also biked to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and back from the house which was very convenient. If you like to run, there are several picturesque paths to take.

    The hosts have clearly put their hearts into making this property beautiful, comfortable, and well-stocked. We felt very welcomed! We all loved our stay at the Harbor House and can't wait to return!     show more show less

    Owners Stephen and Maureen Haddad had this home built in 2022-2023 as a new retirement project. We had fun doing this and took pride in decorating and furnishing it in good taste.

    We will be attentive to your needs! We spend our summers nearby in Chatham we can be easily reached in the event you need to contact us during your stay.

    Our goal was to create a warm and elegant setting in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Chatham. Welcome to the Harbor House!

    What is special about this property?
    One of the most comforting features is each bedroom having its own private full bathroom, as well as a 1/2 bath in the common area on the first floor. This provides a great level of privacy, convenience and comfort to our guests.

    The location is wonderful! you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town, as well as to the baseball field and the Friday Night Bandstand performances. And don't forget Oyster Pond Beach, also an easy walk from this home.

    The scenery in and around the neighborhood, including Stage Harbor, the nearby wooden bridge and marinas are quite picturesque!




    What is special about your town?
    Chatham has it all....
    It's a classy town with excellent restaurants, the famous Squires Lounge, art galleries, candy stores, ice cream stores, baseball field, playground, really nice shops for clothing, home decor and much more!

    We are in close proximity to both the national seashore beaches and the warmer nantucket sound beaches.
    Seaside Links Golf Course is just 1.2 miles away, as is the renowned Chatham bars Inn. The CBI resort has great spa and dining options for both daytime and evening.
