We rented the apartment for a week. It was perfect. The owner's description was extremely accurate. We loved the location to Chatham Village and we never needed our car. The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated. Both bedroom mattresses were so comfortable. We loved sitting on the front porch but especially loved sitting on the back deck at night. Spacious with comfortable furniture and a new gas grille. Rebecca and Chris are wonderful to work with. We really appreciated their efforts in making our stay perfect. Thank you. I have never loved a rental property as much as I loved Weir on Main. From the moment you walk up the stairs and through the beautiful white french doors that open up into the spacious living area, it's clear that the owners put a great deal of effort into every detail. Not only did it feel more expansive than I expected given it is the second floor, the decor and lighting were beautiful. There is a large kitchen lined with windows to the left, a quaint dining area and to the right is the open living room with space to seat at least 6 adults comfortably to spread out and socialize. The decor is lovely and beautifully appointed. The paint color, couches, throw pillows, light fixtures, linens, towels and accents exude a feeling of luxury and relaxation.
The beds are memory foam and along with the cooling central air and soft sheets and comforters, even my children slept until 8:30am or later every morning. They shared the king bed in one of the bedrooms and slept well every night. They would watch a movie on the mounted flat screen TV in their room at night as they dozed off. There was always plenty of room for our family to spread out and work, read, rest and play without being disturbed. Besides the large living room and the two bedrooms, we spent a lot of time people watching on the front deck overlooking Main Street and on the large back deck eating breakfast, playing games and reading. The comfort, cleanliness and amenities were unparalleled. It rained one day and I opened the closet and there were two new umbrellas, there are outlet extenders with USB ports in almost every outlet, there's a complete charging station in the kitchen, extra gas tank next to the grill, toiletries in the bathroom and a completely stocked kitchen.
The location is also perfect for a vacation in Chatham. Directly on Main Street, you're above all the shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. We watched the 4th of July Parade from the front porch and it was such an incredible memory for all of us. In the mornings the kids would walk down to Chatham Cookware below and get muffins and pastries to eat out on their back patio which I could see from our back deck.
The owner Rebecca checked in to make sure everything was going ok and we knew she would respond immediately if we needed anything. I can't think of one negative thing to say about our stay... it was truly amazing. show more show less

First trip to the Cape, and Rebecca's place was the perfect hub to see and explore Chatham. Chatham is also centrally located to visit all the sites on the Cape and surrounding islands. This unit was beautifully finished, supremely clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. Was also perfect to pop down to Chatham Cookware each morning and start our days properly fueled. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Hope to come back next year.

Fantastic location and nicely updated. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy all that a Chatham has to offer. Living room very spacious. Having two outside balconies is fantastic. Would love to visit again.

The apartment was perfect for our family brief visit to Chatham. Its very clean, beautifully decorated, and super convenient. We didnt need the car for anything once we arrived. Walk to restaurants, shopping, even down to the lighthouse and beach. The kitchen had everything you could want, and step downstairs for terrific bakery treats (the best whoopie pies!) and lunch every day. Its more spacious than you think being downtown, and the rear deck is perfect in the evening. We would definitely book again. show more show less

We want to thank you for a wonderful week. It was more than we could have hoped for. The accommodations were exceptional so inviting and welcoming from lovely decor to the well appointed kitchen to the front deck overlooking Main St. the perfect perch to people watch.
We took advantage of being just above our favorite Chatham Cafe. Our mornings began with coffee and egg sandwiches and of course, a pastry or two. We would return with our goodies to our birds eye view upstairs and the front deck and watch the parade of passers by. Our lofty position was rather heady.
Later, we would do some sightseeing of our own and some shopping and several strolls along the beach by the Lighthouse, all an easy walk from our Main Street location.
One night we invited friends for dinner. We had everything we needed to entertain and our friends were equally impressed by our wonderful find!
The quiet of the back deck offered a lovely place to round off an evening with conversation and wine or to sun bathe in the afternoon.
The beds were soo comfy and relaxing as each day drew to a close.
We had a truly wonderful time and this will be a place we look forward to returning to again and again
