Traditional Cape Cod home with a large, private yard with a deck, outdoor shower and hammock in a quiet Chatham neighborhood. Perfect for your family’s Cape Cod vacation or weekend getaway. Centrally located but still quiet, private, lovely vacation spot near nice beaches, the bike path, walking areas, excellent shopping and restaurants. The house sits in a quiet area on a dead-end road, with no through traffic or public access.

We are less than a mile from Cockle Cove and Ridgevale Beaches and Hardings Beach is a short 5 min drive away. Taylors Pond is a short 5 minute walk, where you can fish and kayak. Oyster Pond is an 8 minute drive. Chatham’s bustling downtown area with a variety of shops and restaurants is a short 8 minute drive. Numerous Cape Cod golf courses are also just a short distance from the house.

The house comes complete with:
• Newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen (complete with gas stove, dishwasher and a Lobster Pot!)
• Full-sized washer and dryer<br /> • Gas grill<br /> • Air Conditioning (window units)<br /> • Pack-n-Play for young guests<br /> • Beach paraphernalia (beach chairs, sand umbrella, sand toys, lawn games, cooler, etc)<br /> • Variety of books and games and Smart TV<br /> • Fire pit, Cornhole, yard yahtzee and a horseshoe pit<br /> <br /> Bed Linens are included. Please provide your own towels.<br /> <br /> Sleeps 7: Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds, Bedroom 3: 1 Double and 1 twin bed<br /> <br /> 2 Full Baths & Outdoor Shower<br /> <br /> At this time, we do not allow pets. <br /> <br /> The house has room for 3 cars to park. There is no on-street parking available. If you require an additional vehicle, please reach out and we can see if we can help make arrangements.<br /> <br /> **Please contact us for off-season rates. June-August there is a minimum stay of 7 days (Saturday-Saturday) although we will consider shorter stays upon request based on availability. Check-in is 4:00PM and check-out is 10:00AM.<br /> <br /> Rates posted do not include the $150 cleaning fee.<br /> <br /> We request a deposit of 25% of the rental rate to hold the booking. This is 100% refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your stay. No refund will be issued if canceling within 2 weeks of check-in unless we are able to re-book the days, in which case we are happy to refund the deposit in full.<br /> <br /> ** Note that while we do not accept pets we do bring our golden retriever to the house when we stay there.     A Cozy Home Base for a Wonderful Chatham Getaway

    We had a wonderful stay at this charming vacation rental in September. Meant to write a review then and time got away from me. Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, the location offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient.

    The home itself is cute and cozy. It comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, and with our group of four, we had more than enough space to spread out and unwind. We especially enjoyed spending time together playing cards around the dining room table and relaxing in the living room for a cozy movie night.

    One of the standout amenities was the full-size washer and dryer, which made it easy to keep up with beach towels and added an extra level of convenience to our stay.

    The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without the hassle of driving. Plus, the property is very close to Chatham Center, where we found great shopping and dining options.

    Overall, this home strikes the perfect balance between comfort, location, and convenience. The hard part was leaving... We would absolutely recommend it and would gladly stay here again.     show more show less

    Charming, Immaculate Home on Quiet Street

    What a beautiful Cape Cod home! It was absolutely perfect for our family! The house is situated at the end of a quiet road, which was wonderful for our kids to play outside. We loved the layout of the home, with a new, updated and pretty kitchen, a nice big table for meals, a great deck, and a cozy living room for movies. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of space for storage. The bathrooms were sparkling clean - one has a bathtub (great for kids) and one has a shower, so everyone had plenty of room to get ready for a night out. There is also a washing machine and dryer, so we didn't have to pack a million of everything. We will definitely be back again - this sweet and beautiful Cape home was everything we were looking for!     Great week in Chatham!

    We had a great week at this lovely Cape house! It was super well stocked...from beach chairs and toys, to backyard fun, to lots of games and books in case of rain. Kitchen was great, and had everything we could have possibly needed, and all easy to find. Beds were comfortable, and everyone made use of the outdoor shower. Internet/TV was great/fast. This house is very conveniently located, with lots of fun things to do within minutes, whether Chatham, HarwichPort, Brewster, or Dennis. Cockle Cove and Ridgevale beaches are super close! Owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. All in all, we spent a very easy, relaxing week here. Recommend! show more show less
