Our family decided to visit Cape Cod over the Labor Day weekend. We chose this property because it was a four bedroom home in Chatham with plenty of room for the eight of us, including our two young grandchildren. It also had a heated pool and a lovely deck overlooking the pool area with a large outdoor couch and chairs and a nice gas table top fire pit. I can honestly say that this home had every amenity you could imagine, a beautiful kitchen with high end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and a garage full of water toys, beach chairs, floats, boogie boards,etc. The home was immaculate when we arrived. Praveen, the owner, was an exceptional host. He provided all the necessary information we needed well before we arrived, was in constant contact with me throughout our stay to make sure we had an enjoyable visit and even had a nice assortment of snacks, wine and ice cream waiting for us. These are the personal touches that set Praveen apart as a premium host. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and very convenient to beaches, downtown, restaurants and local attractions. The master suite was large with a king bed, nice sized bathroom and walk-in closet. The first floor master was smaller with a queen bed, nice bathroom and walk-in closet. There was also a bedroom with two twins and the forth bedroom had a double-twin bunk bed plus a day bed. We had a wonderful stay at Praveen's beautiful home in Chatham. After having to leave another house due to health and safety concerns Praveen was gracious enough to allow my family to stay in his home that was available for the remainder of our Cape Cod vacation. Not only was the house and property amazing but Praveen's communication was so greatly appreciated. He allowed us to check in early, offered use of his beach toys and equipment as well as pool toys and equipment. We all had a wonderful time! My family and I stayed here for a week. We traveled with my two young children (2 and 6) and their grandparents (6 of us in total), and there was something for everyone.

Praveen was such a thoughtful host. Very communicative, attentive, and responsive. The booking process was very easy and once we booked we received a link to the home with all the information we would need on our stay from how to access the home, how to work the stove, and local recommendations in the area. Similar to binders you find in rental homes but I was able to access this on my phone throughout the trip which made it super convenient.

When we arrived the house was spotless. This is really important to me. I'm in property management and can be a bit particular, but the house was clean and in great condition. I felt right at home and didn't feel like I had to clean anything before we could get settled in.

While we experienced some rain I was pleasantly surprised that the house was fully stocked with board games, we had a great time using the ping pong table and foosball table, and the whole family watched a few movies all together in their theater area.

The big selling point for us was the pool area and it did not disappoint! Plenty of space for everyone and the outside shower was super convenient with children.

We went to Jack Knife beach (literally 3min from the house) where the kids dug for clams and looked for shells. Perfect spot for little ones. Praveen provided beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach games, and so much more that we didn't get a chance to use but I am sure other families would appreciate.

The house was so close to Main Street and the Fish Market for shopping and restaurants. We ended up eating in a lot bc of the age of our children and the house had everything we needed.

I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to visit the Cape. You could not get a better location and a host that genuinely cares that you are looked after and comfortable. show more show less

This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a short drive to the adorable downtown and many of the gorgeous beaches. The house exceeded our expectations and our host could not have been more accommodating. Our group consisted of two families with children ranging from ages 6-11. The kids loved the pool, pool basketball and outdoor basketball and the entire lower level entertaining space. We relaxed knowing the kids were always entertained and were able to enjoy the gas fire pit several nights. The clean and comfortable home provided ample room and amenities for our families. Our host, Praveen, responded quickly to any question and was eager to improve our and future guests' experience. He sent an informative guide prior to our arrival which was great to have ahead of time and to reference during our stay. We had an amazing time in this lovely home. Praveen was a wonderful host and communicator before and during our stay. The location is perfect on a nice quiet street that is just a short drive to Chatham Center. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed including indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, beach towels etc. We have stayed at several homes on the Cape and this one is our favorite for sure!

We have been visiting the Cape for years as an extended family, and this might have been our best trip ever! The house was spacious, immaculate, and stocked with everything our family could need—beach and pool toys, board games, extra towels. Praveen was so accommodating , even during our last-minute booking. We are already planning to return next year!

This very spacious home was perfect for our family get-away in Chatham. The house was neat as a pin and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and game room, especially because the weather was often rainy and overcast during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy for us to pull together nice family dinners. This property is outstanding and provided wonderful, unexpected surprises. Praveen was exceptional as a host and met our needs beyond our expectations. This property is luxurious, comfortable, fully equipped for all things vacation and incredibly spacious. We've been staying at the Cape every summer in various vacation homes over the past 15 years and this was by far the best place we've staying in. Highly recommend!
