Living room provides comfortable couch and 65'' inch TV. Located on a quiet private road with a short walk to Goose Pond (great swimming), School House Pond or Volunteer Park. From Volunteer Park you can jump on the rail trail and bike, rollerblade or walk to the airport (Hangar B Eatery) or Short and Sweet ice cream. For longer rides you can go into downtown Chatham or Harwich center via the rail trail. The house has a large deck, fire pit and newly installed outdoor shower. This house is perfect for couples or small families.

Chatham is a small charming coastal town which offers many attractions such as,
- Visiting the Main Street boutiques and artisan shops
- Stopping by the Fish Pier for fresh seafood and seal sightings
- Biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail
- Kayaking, paddleboarding or sailing in nearby ponds or bays

    Updated, Clean and Cozy Home

    The only thing that would have made the week better would have been sun:). The house was clean and spacious. The couch was comfortable in addition to the beds. The pillows were fluffy and dreamy. The backyard includes a fire pit along with a nice deck, outdoor shower and grill. There is also corn hole! We loved being so close to the bike trail. The owners were easy to work with and responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely stay again!!

    Peaceful Clean great location!

    Jim and Kristen's home was the perfect location for our sisters getaway! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the Rail Trail for our bike rides (to Hanger breakfast!)and walks(ice cream!) Their bright airy home and very comfortable beds were the perfect combination. We especially enjoyed our meals on the new deck, the outdoor shower and the fire pit! We can't wait to return this Fall!

    Beautiful Property, Centrally Located

    We could not have been happier with this rental! Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but this house is as beautiful and clean as it is in the pictures. Getting to enjoy a relaxing fire around the fire pit in the backyard was a bonus. We also loved the central location of this property. If you enjoy biking, the Rail Trail is right by the house. By car, it took just a few minutes to get to downtown Chatham, about 15 to 20 minutes to get to Harwich Port and Dennis Port, and 45 minutes to P-Town. Side note, if you're looking for a nice restaurant right on the water, The Rooftop at Pelham House Resort in Dennis Port offers beautiful ocean views and great food. It was our favorite place to eat, but there are several restaurants (and ice cream parlors) in the area. Marion's Pie Shop in Chatham is another great place to check out and is only a couple of minutes' drive from the house. If you're looking for nice beaches, there are several to choose from. Also, Goose Pond was a very short and easy walk from the house. It's a calm pond and a good size, perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Overall, we had an excellent and relaxing stay. Jim and Kristen were very gracious hosts, and we highly recommend this property. show more show less
