Unique opportunity to book a prime vacation rental home in Chatham as it is being rebuilt! Follow along with us as we update photos of this new 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with double decks in the coveted Chatham Lighthouse neighborhood.<br>You will enter this home on the ground level from the large driveway covered in shells. As you ascend the stairs, you will be greeted by the main living level with a modern kitchen with deep sink, convection top oven, Bosch dishwasher, wine fridge and all the amenities you'd expect to find in a renovated kitchen. The living room and and dining area will have enough seating for your group of six. In the off season, you'll have the option to sit in front of the fireplace and get cozy. This open concept floor plan includes plenty of windows to let the sunshine in!<br>The outside space of this home is sure to be your favorite place to hang out. The main floor deck has a gas grill for outdoor cooking, sectional outdoor seating with fire table and outdoor dining options. Dogs are welcome at this home and will enjoy the outdoor space lounging in the sun.<br>You will find two bedrooms on this floor - one has a Queen bed while bedroom #2 includes two Twin Beds. A full bathroom with shower is on this main level for all to use.<br>The upper level includes a primary suite with King bed and full bathroom with shower. You'll also find the washer and dryer on this level. The amazing deck is where you will spend your time with peekaboo views of the ocean and iconic Chatham Lighthouse! The upper deck offers a high top table with two stools, Adirondack chairs and a Solo Stove. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee as the sun rises in the east in all its glory for you to enjoy! <br>The amenities at the Clam Shell are all state-of-the-art and exactly what our guests are asking for - central air conditioning, laundry facilities, a fire pit and that Cape Cod tradition - an outside rinsing station!<br>And, as a extra bonus -- Linens and Towels will be included with your stay!<br>A short walk will take you to the beach for clamming and Outermost Harbor.
