Another great experience at Bruce's place! Our family really enjoys this classic, clean and amenity filled cape-style home. Nearby Ridgevale Beach is beautiful and perfect for families. Bruce is an excellent host too. Friendly, helpful and always available to answer any questions. We plan to be back again next year.

We highly recommend this home. Clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Plus excellent, prompt communication from Bruce. Upon arrival the home was spotless and exactly as described. We were a group of two adults and four older teenagers. There was plenty of room in the home for everyone to spread out and have their own space, plus a larger space for us to come together for meals and game nights. The location is great… Ridgevale Beach is our family favorite and easily accessible. We opted to buy a beach pass for our car for the week and we're glad we did. You can walk to the beach (11 minute walk from the house), but the walk back is uphill so we liked having our car there. The beach has a snack shop, lifeguard, port a potties and ample parking. We also enjoyed driving downtown to shop and eat, driving to Mayflower for sunsets and walking to the pie shop and to the Rail Trail for exercise. Highly recommend Del Mar for dinner (make reservations well in advance), Chatham Cookware Cafe for a light lunch (sandwiches) and breakfast pastries (they have gluten free, too). Our family of 4 adults and a 7 year old enjoyed our week at Bruce's lovely house in Chatham. The location was ideal - between the beach and town - and a short walk to Marion's Pie Shop and the famed seafood pie. The house was perfect for us - spotlessly clean with fresh and uncluttered decor. Yet it t had everything we needed including a big lobster pot to boil the delicious fresh lobsters we got at the Seafood Pier in Chatham. This house and host are a definite 5+

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. It's also conveniently located to town and beaches (we explored beaches in Harwich, Chatham, and Brewster). Bruce was a great host and very responsive. Go to Marion's Pie Shop and get the seafood pie, lobster roll, and Dutch apple pie. Great stay all around!

Our family of four loved everything about this house. The location was perfect and walkable to Marion's pie shop (which was amazing) and the beach. We utilized the outdoor deck each night and the outdoor shower each morning. This is one of the nicest, cleanest and comfortable homes I've ever rented. Bruce was great and his Communication was fabulous the entire time. I would rent this place again and again!
