Once inside, you will find an open concept coastal space, with a newly renovated kitchen with a large island and thoughtfully designed well appointed living space.

The elegant ensuite primary bedroom, has a king size bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a Smart TV. Adjacent to the primary bedroom, you'll find another room with a twin bed and desk perfect for additional guests and privacy for work, if needed.

The family room, which is adjacent to the open concept living space, houses a large screen smart TV with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The spacious sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.

On the second level, there are two more bedrooms. A queen bedroom and a room with three twin beds, all recently renovated, along with an ample size full bath.

You will also find an outside shower perfect for after a day at the beach. To ensure the most comfortable outdoor experience we have also sprayed the entire property for mosquitoes and ticks.
