Quiet neighborhood. Short stroll to Ridgevale Beach, sleeps 6. First floor master bedroom with king bed, bureau, walk in closet. Full bath with walk in shower. Laundry room on the first floor. Front to back, fully stocked kitchen/dinning area opens to the living room with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace and sliders to a large patio.

Upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed, bureau, and closet. Across the hall is a bonus room with a trundle bed that can be used as 2 twins or an over-sized queen bed, bureau and closet. Full bathroom on the second floor with a tub.

Large patio to enjoy morning coffee or evening barbecue. Outdoor shower and shed with beach chairs and pails/shovels for the little ones.

Beach is family friendly and about a 3 minute walk. Shallow inlet for toddlers, ocean side has kayak & sailboat rentals. Snack bar/beach shop serves lunch on their patio. Picturesque town of Chatham is a 3 mile drive. Variety of restaurants, shops, take in a Chatham A's game Veteran's Field, or Friday night concert at the bandstand downtown, Kate Gould Park.

    Would definitely stay here again. Great location close to the beach. Was a nice place to stay with kids! Shed was full of beach stuff (chairs, nets, toys) which was really nice.

    Everything was great, only thing I could think of is to add those non slip pads for the blue rug in the room with the two beds. Getting out of that bed a couple times our kid slipped & fell with the rug & so did I. It just moved a lot! Also are you renovating the home or just exterior? We were curious with all the staking! We would definitely love to return!!

    What a nice little cottage! Perfect location - 3min walk from the beach - and awesome place with a great deck and easy parking. Kim was super generous and let us stay as long as we wanted on our checkout day! We had a lovely weekend.

    Excellent location, very close walk to a great beach for families. We loved relaxing on the deck after the day at the beach! Kim was great and very responsive! Would definitely stay again!
