Two bedrooms offer queen beds one bedroom include two twin beds all with a ceiling fan and AC. The home has two bathrooms, one is ensuite. Parking is available for 3 to 4 cars, a large yard with comfortable furniture for post-beach relaxing after a refreshing outdoor shower. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the cozy deck and watch our hummingbird visitors! We are a pet-friendly home and allow for your dog to accompany you on your trip.

The property is conveniently located near Ridgevale Beach, Bike Path, Marions Pie Shop, and Chatham Pottery. Ridgevale Beach is less than a mile away; perfect for families as it offers lifeguards, a snack bar, water activity rentals, and tidal pools and rivers for children. Parking is also available. Chatham Center is a quick 5 minute drive and offers many charming shops and delicious restaurants. Downtown Harwichport is approximately a 6 minute drive and the famous Wychmere Beach Club is a 7 minute drive from the home. If you are looking to jump on a ferry to Nantucket, we are a five minute drive to Freedom Cruise Lines in Harwich (which offers free parking).     Meaghan's Place was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is large with a nice dining and living area. Simply and tastefully decorated and uncluttered. Very comfortable. Washer and Dryer in basement came in handy with a newborn and 3 year old. House is convenient to restaurants, stores, and beaches. The Beach is a 0.9 mile walk and the road is busy. If you have kids I suggest driving or dropping your family off and walking back. GREAT BEACH! Tidal pools are wonderful for young children.
    The yard is large enough for outdoor games and enjoying being outside.
    Sheets and towels are not provided so pack accordingly. Meaghan was very responsive and helpful prior to booking and responded quickly to questions while we were there. This is a great rental for a family bringing along a grandparent ??
    There were 3 adults, a 3 year old, and a 4 week old in our party. We had an entire extra bedroom.
