This cottage is perfect for a relaxing vacation. It is located in a quiet location in South Chatham, only ½ mile to Nantucket Sound. This cute and cozy cottage with central air has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second with 2 twins. It also has two separate living spaces for family comfort, both with sofa beds. There is a backyard with a nice large deck and plenty of outdoor furniture for the whole family, along with a gas grill for summer barbecues. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost
