I am in love with Cape Cod, especially this little slice of heaven we have in Chatham. Our family has enjoyed vacationing on the Cape for over 24 years, here in Chatham and in neighboring towns. We live in Massachusetts and have been fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Cape across all seasons. I believe there is no bad day at the beach and there is always something to do on the Cape no matter what the weather brings! We enjoy daily walks on the beach, no matter the season or weather, and marvel at the breathtaking scenery that surrounds us! We are happy to share this little piece of paradise with those who will appreciate and enjoy all that it has to offer.

What is special about this property?
This sweet, cheerful condo sits in an amazing location, right on the ocean and walkable (about 1 mi) to the charming village of Chatham, with access to miles of beaches, boating, fishing, nature walks and more! If you are a boater and plan to bring or rent a vessel, there is a beautiful, quiet marina next to the condo complex that rents transient slips. If you want a day at the beach, step out of the slider to the patio, walk about 50 steps and you'll be there. Just bring your chair or towel and you can quickly walk back to the condo for snacks, drinks, etc., no overloaded arms or long trudge to the beach. Or pack a picnic lunch and walk .4 mi to a quiet or more lively area of Lighthouse Beach. When your day is winding down, make yourself comfortable on the back patio, or beside the ocean, and relax with a glass of wine and beautiful scenery! What makes this space so special is its location-right on a protected part of the ocean with large stretches of beach, as well as its proximity to town and many attractions up and down the Cape.

The location of our condo, and the Town of Chatham, are ideal in that being mid-Cape you have easy access to discover and explore beautiful beaches and countless activities here or in neighboring towns in all directions; you can choose to never have two days alike during your stay! From endless dining options (Chatham Airport Cafe is fun and Mac's Seafood and The Impudent Oyster have delicious seafood!), to shopping for anything from delicious fudge to unique gifts and clothing on Main Street or taking in a wilderness walk, seal watch, boat cruise, museum, concert in the park, craft fair, festival...you might run out of days before you run out of things to do!
